I was recommend to Sales Rep, Sean Boyd by a friend who had also leased a honda through him. I was in such a bind with my current lease because I was over my miles by A LOT. Sean provided me with different options that would best suit me financially. He made sure to explain all details for each option so I would not be blindsided by hidden costs. As a woman, I felt extremely comfortable and confident with my decision in purchasing a vehicle after discussing all options with Sean. Overall, I recommended Sean Boyd to anyone looking to buy/lease a Honda.

I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle at DCH Honda in Paramus, NJ and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. Compared to other dealerships, DCH was more professional that previous places I've been to in the area. The sales rep who assisted me, Dennis Estrada, was extremely helpful with the car buying experience while applying no pressure to make a deal. He also was sure to inform me of all the necessary information without using sales gimmicks or routines. Overall, I believe that I made the right choice in going to DCH Honda.

I have bought/leased five Honda cars from DCH Paramus Honda over the last 10 years. For the last four I have dealt with Alex. He is always extremely courteous and accommodating, he knows his cars very well, and understands that I do not like to spend a long time in the dealership. Each time the process is getting faster, with him preparing as much paperwork ahead of time as possible. I feel very comfortable dealing with Alex, especially because there is no pressure or games. He is a no-nonsense sales person and I will be happy to get my next Honda from him.

I just purchased my second new vehicle from Alex Bernabe. I will continue to purchase my future vehicles from Alex. Alex listens to requests, responds quickly, and knows his product. I have referred numerous people to Alex and will continue to do so. We were on a short time frame to get a new car and Aldo was great. We came in the same night and got a nice CRV for the price we wanted. Aldo has followed up consistently to make sure things are going well. Would definitely shop with Aldo again.

I was pressed for time and stressed for the holidays! Mr. Aldo Lora understood the situation and quickly got down to bussiness without wasting my time with nonsence. I went shopping for the car after a long day a work with my son who didn't like salespeople because they talk much and say very little in order to confuse you. Mr. Aldo did not give my son nor I that impression, instead, he understood and quickly got down to business. We took the car for a test and felt in-love with both, the car and his service!
