Bad customer service
This review reflects my recent experience with the dealerships internet sales and service department. Part 1: As a two time previous DCH Paramus Honda customer I've contacted the dealership in late December to inquire about matching another dealers offer. I've given my info to the sales person and expressed my desire to be contacted over email and not phone. After a 2 hour wait she responded in a bit less that professional manner declining to match the offer (which is OK) but suggesting that it might be a shady deal (which is not OK). I responded by thanking and asking her for her best offer for the vehicle in interest. She has not responded for 3 days then she started to call me 3 times a day just to ask about the other dealer and leaving some incoherent voicemails (I have saved some for personal amusement). Not someone I would buy anything from. Part 2: Yesterday (Tuesday) I've contacted the service department to schedule an appointment for an oil change and for a recall service for Saturday. After 5 minutes holding time a woman answered and after confirming my information she said that due to the complexity of my recall service she has to have a service tech confirming my schedule. I was put on hold while she was looking for one then on her return she said that they are all busy at the moment, but someone will give me a call by end of day. I'm writing this review on Wednesday at 4pm and so far no one has called. Pretty interesting from a company that craves good reviews so much that they call me several times after each sale and service to make sure I give them a 5 star review. Well, Ladies and Gentlemen - this is NOT a 5 star service. I dare you to do better! EDIT: It's Saturday now and I have not received a call back at all! This is not to reflect on the quality of the service work or sales deals that this company offers. Those are usually good.

Great customer service, friendly staff, good pricing, and a timely transaction. Would definitely recommend to others. Look for my man Paul Park. Completely satisfied with my purchase.

Truly unbelievable experience
From beginning to end, I had a wonderful experience at DCH Paramus Honda. My sales person Jennsy Diaz was friendly, honest, patient and a true professional. He was not at all pushy, and answered every question or concern I had. I know this is part of his job but he does it so well. I Will always refer friends to DCH Paramus Honda and Mr. Jennsy Diaz. Financing department got me a great deal, and I give them all stars. I am loving my Accord!

So friendly and actually made this experience a breeze. Was so patient and actually spoke to me as if I was a personal friend and not a customer. He made the entire process comfortable for me and never rushed me into anything.

Great people to work with new car
We called Alex Bernabe for appointment last Jan 3. Within the same hour we already had a quote for the price And he was waiting for us not in the reception area but as we pulled out of parking. He remembers me?? after 7 years. Now thats customer service but therecis more to that. I don't think any dealer will be as patient as what DCH Paramus Honda Did to me and my family. After a recent car Accident last December 2014, I came back to DCH Paramus Honda to purchase a new car and to look for Alex Bernabe since he is the one who sold me my first car ever in my life. He gave us all the advice we need patiently for almost 5 hours (i know that day Alex was at work all day and even extended time just to make sure that he will go over all the stuff our new car has to offer... He must be exhausted from me and my wife's decisions/ confrontations and my mom's million questions and request). Unfortunately, after we took the car home we felt that its not the right car for me.... I was sobbing all weekend because of my fears and trauma from the accident with the advance gadget the new car has to offer. I want a Basic Car. After reading everything online i thought i have no Hope but the manager Matthew Hunziker replied to my long E mail that late Sunday night with my concern. Matthew Kept my sanity by giving me reassurance that they can help me with my Concerns. Even though I know that I will give them such a headache with my decision I was not treated differently. I felt like the new customer even I was there 2 days ago. Alex went over the car I want all over again, walked me to the parking lot on a cold day just to show me the actual colors of my 3 different color choices and assisted me on the best car color for me "MODERN STEEL MECHANIC". Thanks Alex i get so much compliment with my car and my Family was very happy with it. Also I want people to know that your reviews are way far above that. You definitely treat us as your family and you know what we needed, our fears and our unique personality. Thanks for being such a gentleman on carrying my stuff to the car and for your concern on my health condition. Matthew and Alex i want you to know how important that you took care of my personal concerns which is definitely above and Beyond. I know We are not an easy Customer. And to Luis Garcia... Thank you for opening my close mind to other options. That really Help me. My family will not go anywhere else but DCH Paramus Honda. Can you make this comment 10x for Alex Bernabe? He should be employee of the month or the year as he started it with a bang ?? Thank you so much. You made my new year a truly happy one. Its a new me with my new car.

Great experience
For a pretty stressful process, car shopping with Stephen was great. He was able to help us get a reasonable price for the car we wanted and went above and beyond to try and get the color I wanted. I would definitely recommend his help!

Thank you for making my family happy for new year
I dont think any dealer will be as patient as what DCH Paramus Honda Did to me and my family. He was also such a gentleman by carrying all my stuff from the other car to my new car and even setting up my Floor Mats though I know he didnt have anything to eat yet at 2:30 pm. He was also indeed a family by showing concerns on how I feel after the accident. And to Luis Garcia... Thank you for opening my close mind to other options. That really Help me. My family will not go anywhere else but DCH Paramus Honda. Can you make this comment 10x for Alex Bernabe and Matthew Hunziker? Because they deserve it. Im jumping for joy with my car. great as always!
getting a new car was a pleasant process that did not take long. I was working with Hamad and he exceeded my expectations taking time to answer all of the questions I had. He worked out a really good price for me and spent about 45 minutes navigating me through new features of Honda Accord. Great experience! definitely was worth the trip from brooklyn
