We had a wonderful time working with John Medrano in ordering and getting our new 2011 CR-V EX-L 4WD with navigation with the best price. He worked very hard to get us the vehicle in no time. At delivery he patiently spent time with us to go through all the functions of the vehicles including hooking our cell phones to the navigation system. Even after the delivery we received follow up calls from him. Not only we will buy from DCH Paramus Honda again we actually bought a total of 3 CR-V's and counting!

Mark Abitabilo is patient, helpful and professional. We are pleasant in purchasing the Accord. Purchase process is smooth, happy, and not much hard negotiation. We are pleased with the Accord SE. We think as buyers, you need to do the homework and have an anchor price before going to the dealership. The rest is to relax and accept the deal or not. We will recommend the dealership and salesman to our friends.

Mike Swalha was very accommodating with price of the used Honda Odyssey we chose from DCH Paramus Honda. His work was thorough and timely. I had researched the price of the vehicle I was interested with the available tools, e.g Kelly Blue book and NADA websites and found that Mike was giving a price range much lower than those stated by these websites. Mike was also kind enough to "hold" the car for me while my loan paperwork and check came thru. When all was ready it took Mike about 60 min to complete all the paperwork and transfer me to Eric, the Finance guy. Anticipating a hard sell re. extended warrantees and the like which I wasnt interested in I was surprised when he took my cue of disinterest and didnt pursue it further. Mike also followed me out to the vehicle and made sure that it was cleaned and set up to my satisfaction before I left. DCH also accommodated my request to buff out some scratches on the vehicle to my satisfaction. I would recommend DCH Paramus Honda to anyone and especially Mike Swalha as a sales rep.

We just leased a 2012 Honda Accord EXL and we are so happy with the car. Our salesman, John Medrano, was wonderful to work with. John took his time with us and made sure we knew everything about the car before driving off the lot. I would definately recommend John Medrano. He even came in on his day off to make sure he was there for us! Great guy and always smiling!

I took my car (2003 Accord sedan) in with complaints of...
I took my car (2003 Accord sedan) in with complaints of metallic knockings/noise in the front wheels whenever I run over stuff in the street, potholes etc.,so a mechanic and I took the car for a test run to see if we could duplicate the noise, and as you would have it, nothing happened. So he placed it on a lift, then came back and said it needed some form of linkage, and the A/C was blowing hot air. They changed the compressor for the A/C, did an oil change,did what they had to do as far as changing whatever was seen to be wrong,or could be causing the noise in the wheels, charged me almost $2,000, literally half was for labor, and within the hour the noise was there again, so I don't think some of these people are certified Honda mechanics, they are just there to do to the customers what they did to me, rip off the public,they will not be seeing me nor any of my family members back there (we all own Hondas). I called back telling them that the problem still existed and was told to bring the car back, but I don't have that type of time to be going back and forth to these people if they are "only" guessing. We might just trade in these cars for Toyotas. Of course this dealership will never be recommended to anyone by me.

Hamlet has the gift of being the sort of person one trusts easily and immediately. You can sense in his speech and body language that he has nothing but goodness. A coworker of mine who also purchased an Accord from him says the exact same thing. I leased/purchased my first car(2011 2dr Accord) with his help. He inspired so much trust and assurance that I got my car from him before even visiting other dealerships. Paramus Honda was the one and only dealership I visited during my search. I still feel like the doors of the dealership are open if I ever need it. He gave me the security that I could contact him about any questions regarding my purchase and the assurance that I could count on his knowledge. My car has lived up to all my expectations. It is very fuel efficient and definitely an eye catcher. If you are going to make the investment of buying or leasing a vehicle, I strongly suggest that you see Mr. Liriano first and see where he takes you.
