Phil wrapped it up with a bow!

I was home for the holidays and just wanted to take a look around. Phil was referred to me by a family friend. I walked into the dealership and asked for him by name. Even though he was in the middle of an delivery he took some time out to get me started. I found the vehicle I wanted and told him I needed a deal completed right away because I was just visiting from DC. Phil got me in and out with my new E400 and continued to work with me for weeks afterward until I was completely satisfied. He was the ultimate professional. Thanks Phil!

Andrew Franco - Excellent salesperson

Andrew Franco is by far the best salesperson I have had the pleasure of working with. He is honest, sincere and has the utmost integrity. He works hard to ensure you are happy with your buying or leasing decision and treats you with respect. He also has a great sense of humor. I would only work with Andrew.

Andrew is the best !!!

Andrew Franco is always our go to guy when it comes time to lease another car !!! We are on our third vehicle and he always has been nothing but professional and courteous to me and my family !

Andrew is better than ever heading into 2016…

I have bought with Andrew at several different Prestige owned dealerships over the past 16 years. He is honest, direct, and will do everything possible to not just provide a great package but always make sure that you are completely and utterly satisfied. He's also an enthusiast and extremely knowledgeable about cars, so we always have something to chat about. I cannot recommend Andrew highly enough and I know that I will continue to work with him for the foreseeable future.

Excellent overall experience with Jeff Chun!

We visited Prestige last Saturday to casually look for a new car to lease. Initially we were going to look at some other MFRs as well (BMW and Audi) even though my heart was set on a Benz. My wife and I even told each other as we were walking in, "we are not getting a car today we are just going to look." We were referred to Jeff by someone in our building and Jeff showed us a wide variety of choices. We ended up deciding on the 2016 c300. Jeff was very professional and accommodating throughout the whole process and worked with us to meet our budgets and demands and got us in our dream car 4 days later. We never felt like we were being "sold" on a deal. Instead we felt like we were being helped. I would highly recommend Jeff and the team at Prestige to anyone! He has earned customers for life.

As usual, I had a great experience working with Jeff Chun. He is straightforward and easy to work with. There are no mind games here and it makes leasing a car such a pleasurable and smooth experience. I am a repeat customer and am looking forward to seeing him again for my next car purchase!

Stellar

This experience was such a pleasure thanks to Jeff Chun. I am a car enthusiast and this was by far the best experience I have had with a sales person and a dealership. Straight to the point and no nonsense. Jeff is up front and so easy to speak with. I didn't have to think twice about my purchase. I would highly recommend seeing him if you are in the market for a Mercedes.

Phil Campbell

Phil was a pleasure to work with. Phil personally was very responsive and attentive to my questions and concerns I had in getting into my new vehicle. I was over the top happy with Phil as he recognized the position I was in after my car was totaled after being hit by a tree. He walked me through the process and took good care of me and got me into the car I wanted. Phil bent over backwards to help me and my situation and I truly appreciated his help. I would highly recommend Phil to anyone looking for a new Mercedes. The only negative I would give is to the dealership/corporate as I believe the process can be much more streamlined.

Great experience

Jeff is a dealer that allows a buyer to leave the dealership with the car, feeling confident and happy about the purchase. He tells you the truth and doesn't play games to make an extra buck. He is to the point and clear in helping you understand what the purchase or lease terms are. I did additional research following the purchase and realized that I got a great deal without having to go through the hassles of doing so. Thank you.
