Happy with purchase

Had a good experience. Gene is very knowledgeable and did his best to accommodate our needs. Armando was also very helpful in the process. I don’t remember the closers name but he was good too.

Purchase Experience

Before I begin I would like to say that I very rarely leave reviews about anything.We were in the market for a car and came to the DCH dealership on 07/04. 2 years to day from when we bought our daughter’s Honda. We were looking at a certified 2016 CRV and were approached by Dayna Gall. She could not have done more for us. She truly listened to us and understood our needs and financial situation. When she saw we were uneasy with something, she would immediately do everything she could to accommodate our request. We despise the car buying process but Dayna made this the absolute best purchasing experience we have had in a very long time. We were extremely happy with the service we received both with her as well as Armando. We would recommend Dayna to anyone looking for a Honda. She’s fearless! Sincerely, Franni O’Brien

Very positive

Mickey Hughes, the service advisor was pleasant, professional and informative. I was able to drop my car off the night before. The installation of the new timing belt was completed by noon the next day.

Bought a used car for my daughter

Very pleasant experience we were greeted the minute we walked in the door. Maria helped us out from start to finish and she was very attentive. Dan in finance was very knowledgeable and helped us to find the right deal.

Very friendly

I've been coming to this dealership since 2006, staff is friendly and helpful. They do a full work up. They tell you what actually is important to get done and what can wait a little longer.

Nader at DCH Kay Honda is the best!

We met Nader over a year ago when looking at a used vehicle. He was patient with all our inquiries, and offered thoughtful advice. We did not purchase that vehicle, but were so impressed with all the time Nader gave to us that we returned to him to purchase a new Accord. With Nader’s kind and expert help, we negotiated a great price for both our trade-in and the new Accord. We visited Nader twice over the next few months looking at some used vehicles and exploring the new Passport. None of the options were a fit for our needs, but as always, Nader was right there to help and guide. A few months after that, we returned to Nader looking at the Ridgeline RTL-E. Once again, he patiently helped us negotiate a decent trade-in for the SUV and a fair lease deal for the Ridgeline. ( Thanks here also go to Mike for listening to our reasoning for a higher trade in price!). Nader went out of the way to assist in making this transaction as seamless and easy as is possible. He patiently obtained answers to our endless questions without ever losing his smile. His follow up was thorough and positive (as always). Armando in Finance deserves a shout-out - he reprinted changes to the agreement three times for us. Nader is not only an exemplary sales advisor for DCH Kay Honda, but he is a truly kind and genuine gentleman. I personally send him a big hug with this review - he is absolutely the best and you cannot go wrong by meeting him!

Excellent Customer Service
