Tim, Thank you for giving us an opportunity to earn your business. Congratulations on your purchase of a new 2025 Camry, we are glad to hear that you stayed in the Toyota family. If you ever need servicing on your vehicle we will be here for you. We are also glad to hear that our sales staff treated you nicely. We try our best to be as transparent as possible. At DCH Freehold Toyota figures here are done so that a customer knows everything that is available upfront when purchasing a vehicle. We show an array of options including and excluding warranties. We started this because our clients asked for it; clients were tired of agreeing to a price then being offered extras that they were not told about upfront. Good news is that these are optional extended coverages that most clients find value in, but some do not and that's okay, however we go through and explain it to each and every customer. In reviewing dealership footage it looks like you, your wife and son came in together on 8/29/24 around 4 pm, while your wife and son were test driving the car you stayed behind, after they got back from the test drive it looks like we were getting the figures together; your wife left and then you left abruptly. If we were not able to fully explain our figures, it can be confusing. As far as contact, because all of our communication is recorded, I am able see the communication back and forth and we attempted several times to contact you after you emailed us on 9/16/24 stating you were still in the market we replied within an hour with no response from you. I'm not sure if our email attempt to reach you went to spam, but then we called and left voicemails we attempted contact on 9/16/24 (email and phone call), 9/17/24 (call), 9/19/24 (email), 9/20/24 (email), 9/23/24 (call) , 9/24/24 (email) and 10/03/24 (email and call). There are 9 recorded contact attempts, however after all attempts failed we ceased our contact. It is hard to tell what happened 2-3 months ago.
