Excellent!

This is a wonderful dealership! I don't have the greatest credit, and I was so nervous that I wouldn't be able to get a car, but I Toyota World was able to work with the bank and get me into a beautiful red Corolla! I am one happy customer!

internet department and sales

I hate going to dealerships!!! They made my time much easier and it wasn't a stressful process. Great sales people and the ladies as well!! i will stick it out with Toyota!

Toyota Scion World of Newton Salesperson

I dealt exclusively with Mike Yodice and will continue to when I purchase my next Prius Plug-in. He had a vast, accurate and complete knowledge of this car even before the first Plug-in arrived. He very patiently explained the car and answered every one of my questions--accurately. The questions were not all easy ones either, as my background is mechanical engineering and airline pilot. He is not a typical high pressure salesman which I cannot tolerate. He seemed as excited about the car as I was. When the car arrived, he spent several hours allowing me to push the buttons while he explained how to set up the Toyota Entune, the Sirius XM radio, navigation, voice activation, etc. With his help and patience Mike and I set up everything necessary. That night and the next day I read the manual to review what we had done the day before. Toyota & Toyota Scion World of Newton are vary fortunate to have Mike Yodice as an employee.

highlander purchase

Anthony was extremely helpful and very easy to work with on the purchse of our leased Highlander. He let me dictate what i wanted. Great experience would highly recommend toyota world of Newton.

Anthony Steib was very friendly and extremely helpful in taking care of details when I bought my used car. He went out of is way to be sure the issues that surfaced with my certified used car were resolved.

Great Experience

Sales Associate was very knowledgable about the vehicle and had answers to all questions asked about the vehicle. He took his time explaining everything and did not rush us or pressure us to buy a vehicle. We ended up being there for five hours between test driving and asking questions. It was a pleasure to work with someone who wasn't just pressuring you into a sale and made sure you were happy and satisfied and felt comfortable with the decision to buy from them. We were given the tour of the entire facility and met associates in the Parts Department and Service. Everyone was very friendly and answered all of our questions. Their Service Department is also open seven days a week so scheduling service will not be an issue working around our busy schedules. I would definitely recommend this dealership and John Mayo.

Sales and Customer Service 1st!!!

I can't say enough positive things about your salesperson Mike Yodice! Mike realizes how to listen to customers, to find the perfect vehicle. Even though I was looking for an economy vehicle, Mike took the time, to find the exact car I needed. No pushy tactics, no switching of the numbers he quoted me from the beginning and took his time with every question and concern I had. i also would like to thank his sales manager, Bob Leonard for keeping his word on the price of my trade. I had been to other local Toyota dealers and had to fight my way into their "rundown" showrooms, after being heckled by a half a dozen salespeople hanging around the smoking lounge outside their entrances. This showroom and customer lounge is immaculate, like walking into a resort in Aspen! There are "No" crowds of hoodlums badgering you as you walk into ToyotaWorld, yet I was greeted in a friendly, low key approach and asked "How may I be helped"! To the owners of ToyotaWorld, you have a magnificent team, or friendly, professional staff, who can make you feel at home, with great customer service, like your sales professional, Mike Yodice! I will definitely be back to service my new Yaris with you and tell all my friends and family, about this unique, friendly dealership! Thank You!

Great Service!!!1

When I originally went to the dealership it was to fix my car at the Service Department which I had purchased from this dealership. Unfortunately my car had problems where I decided that I would have to get another car. I was upset that I had to say goodbye to my car. My household had purchased 4 cars from this dealership and was in the process of purchasing the 5th. Chris Young greeted us on the lot and turned out I was his first customer on his first day. He was sympathetic with my dilemma and understood my situation. He did everything in his power to make it as smooth as possible. There were a few bumps beyond his control with my trade in of my car which caused distress. We were on the lot all day trying to find something that I wanted. Chris was working with one Manager that I don't recall who that was that really couldn't make me happy with my trade in. Later in the day I encountered Wesley Mancias; who noticed I was upset with something and came and sat with us to discuss with us why we were upset. I explained to Wesley my concerns and he understood why I was upset. he immediately said he would fix my problem with the trade in and we came to an understanding that we agreed upon. He instantly fixed what was upsetting me and continued the purchase of my new car. I started out very emotional about the situation of having to buy a new car. Chris and Wesley did ease my mind. i would recommend them to my friends. Toyota reputation speaks for itself; but Wesley is an asset as a Manager.
