Great Job! Best Experience Ever
By far, the best dealership experience I've had in my life. I have purchsed six GM vehicles over the years and never have I experienced the professionalism and customer service that I received at Open Road Cadillac. Chris Pecoraro was my contact and was an excellent partner through this process. He followed up in a very timely manner, had everything ready for me BEFORE I showed up and all I had to do was sign forms, swipe my card and drive off in my new car. My previous 'day of purchase' experiences have been 3-4 hours at the dealership, tons of sales pitches and usually a last minute surprise that I didn't know about before coming. None of that happened in this case. I also can't leave out the fact that this is the best lease price I've ever had in my life. I even paid more than what I pay now for a used 2005 Envoy years ago. Bravo to the team. I couldn't be happier. (By the way, I always complete surveys and never have anything good to say. This is a first)

Recall Service
My 2015 ATS Coupe was in for recall replacement of sun roof switch. While there, the Service Mgr, Steve Gorski, noticed the mileage was close to time for oil change and suggested it be done at that time saving me from a return visit. I appreciated his consideration.

I work a full time job so it was very convenient to come in on a Saturday morning (9/12 @8:30 am) and the service department was very accomodating. Everyone was very nice and I even had a nice cup of coffee while I was waiting. The car was ready on time and off I went. "LOVED IT"
