Above and Beyond in all Aspects

Dennis Sloyan came highly recommended to me when I decided that I wanted to purchase a Cadillac from Open Road Cadillac. He took all of my requests into consideration and came up with what I thought was the perfect automobile. His knowledge of the vehicle was evident and explanations to me were easy to understand. After picking the car up on July 31, 2015, and arriving home and being able to further review my paperwork, I had more questions. When I returned to the dealership, David Van Heerden escorted me to his office and we went over paperwork line by line. After that visit, I was completely satisfied with the way my purchase was handled and fully understood the transaction. Efficient, professional, and caring are words I use to describe the personnel at Open Road Cadillac.

EXCELLENT

Our salesmen Emanuel Schuller from when we where greeted until after we bought the vehicle was A PLUS and even after he email several times to us which is above and beyond. Then we met David van Heerden who took us through all the necessary paperwork he was a gentlemen who took the time to explain everything so we understood it. He was also A PLUS. SEVERAL DAYS LATER WE PICKED UP OUR NEW REGRISTRATION both EManuel and David helped us with questions. BE PROUND THAT THESE TWO PEOPLE ARE ON YOUR TEAM BETTY/EDWARD BRADT PROUD OWNERS OF AN XTS CADALLIC.

They put the "A" in Satisfaction!

I came in for my appointment and was told it would take an hour. They took my car away immediately and to the minute the car was back with me and fully cleaned. I used to have a Lexus before the Cadillac, and an oil change at that dealership used to take 2-3 hours most of the time. Thanks! D.K.

Great for Used Cars, too!!

Open Road Cadillac is a hidden gem for used cars!! I dropped off a friend at the service department and passed a large selection of luxury used cars. I guess all of the local rich people get tired of their toys and trade them in for Cadillacs...LOL. An Audi Q5 caught my eye because I have been looking for one with pretty low miles. Instead of dropping off my buddy and leaving, I stopped in an asked about the Audi and took it for a drive. It was PERFECT and only had 21,000 miles. I left a deposit on it and drove home to get my wife (who the car will be for). She loved it, too, and we bought it that day. As it turned out, my buddies car needed a new transmission. He found a used BMW 528i for a great price, too! Open Road Cadillac is like the Century 21 of cars....great selection of luxury cars at great prices. I will recommend to everyone I know. - Steve

Great Service!

I brought my SRX in to have a driver side mirror replaced. I traveled from NY City to Florham Park, NJ to have this done. When the service department started the work, they realized that the new mirror was chipped. I thought I was going to have to come back again, which would have been very inconvenient because I have to take time off from work each time and travel. The service department was able to locate another mirror and get the work done that day. Great job!

Excellent Service experience

My car was in for an ignition switch recall. Work was performed in a timely manner in under one hour. Very satisfied with this experience. This car will always be serviced at Open Road Cadillac.
