Holman Cadillac

Holman was an enjoyable experience. I am already thinking about another car in 2021.

Just purchased an automobile from Holman Cadillac of Mt Laurel. Having purchased over 10 cars in my lifetime I really never look forward to the "process" of spending an afternoon in a car dealership. To my surprise I finally found two individuals who really care about you as an individual. Tom Lewis and Alan Gorman both went well beyond making those few hours from start to close actually enjoyable. Tom has been dedicated to servicing the auto consumer's needs of his South Jersey community for over 40 years. Tom's experience and in depth knowledge of the auto industry made me realize how much of a reliable source he can be for people in the pre-owned car arena. Tom's commitment to excellence was evident throughout his team as my family felt the same sense of warmth with everyone throughout the day, especially Alan (27 years in the business). Any question we had, Alan had the answer. Philadelphia is now known as the city of Champions and what better way to "Trust the Process" when you have two of the finest individuals in your own backyard. Tom and Alan you redefined the customer experience and gained five new customers with my entire family. You too are champions in my book!
