Although the staff was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful, the entire process involves too much manual signing and paper work. I would have preferred to review all the documents and sign those not requiring an original signature on line. A quick review of my choices could be done and verified when I arrived Other dealers and manufacturers are already implementing an almost total on line experience.

ONE TIME LOYAL CUSTOMER

12 years as customer, 6 Cadillacs. sales manager and salesman did not live up to their promises that were documented on new car. POOR TOP MANAGEMENT STOOD BY SALES OVER LONG TIME CUSTOMER.

Great Service by true professionals. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Cost is somewhat higher but when they are done with your car you know it was done correctly the first time.

Car purchase

Experience was terrible. Sales man Zack and his manager are not helpful. There is damage to the car that I purchased that was not preciously made aware of and when I recently brought it up to Zach he was not interested. It appears that the car may have been in an accident that was not disclosed based on a evaluation by another gmc dealer. I did discuss some cosmetic issues with Zack the night of purchase but he told be he couldn?t do anything which I assume was because they did not want to because I had already signed paperwork. When I took the car to another gmc dealership they were to repairs the cosmetic issues in an instant. It looks like all of the damage to the car was never addressed and the cars value should be significantly less than I paid for because the damage is upwards of 6k. I never purchased a car from holeman and was hesitant in doing so but I wanted to give them a shot. I regret the decision and I would not purchase from this dealer again and would dissuade others from doing so also.
