Buyer beware.

Buyer beware. If you’re looking for professionalism, respect, or basic follow-through—look elsewhere. I leased a new 2025 RAM 1500 from this dealership clearly explaining I was purchasing it to tow a travel trailer. After the deal was completed, needing me to do my own research on towing capacities, I come to realize it couldn’t safely tow my travel trailer. When I tried to work with them on a solution, I was met with indifference, delays, and flat-out rudeness. One manager even said, “I don’t have time for this xxxx.” I did all the legwork—followed up daily, suggested alternative vehicles, and finally agreed to a deal on a truck I had found. The next day, they casually told me it was sold, blamed me for not being reasonable, and offered no apology or accountability. They knew I was on a deadline and simply didn’t care. If you value your time, money, or sanity, steer clear. Especially if you’re buying for towing—these folks clearly don’t understand GCWR or what safe towing actually requires. Worst dealership experience I’ve ever had, hands down.
