Dealing with FC Kerbeck has been a great experience. More specifically, my salesman Greg was extremely professional, courteous and extremely knowledgable about the car that I purchased. I would not hesitate to buy a vehicle from this dealer again.

Completley Satisfied

I sent a email from California, late one night while on a business trip. The next morning first thing, Steve Capra emailed me back. That day we exchanged many emails, and talked about a possible lease. Steve got me every answer I asked for, and set an appointment to me with me on Saturday morning. I took a train from Harrisburg PA to Philly, and Steve picked up my wife and I at the train station, he drove us to the dealership, showed us the car, we agreed to complete the lease, and the deal was done. We drove off the lot that day with a brand new 2014 GT Sport. We were completely satisfied with the dealership, and the overall experience with Steve Capra. We will be doing business again.

Much improved service

This was a far better experience than some I've had in the past. Service was timely, and when the car had to be kept over the weekend, a rental was provided. Best of all: when I called the service department to ascertain my car's status I didn't have to wait for more than 20 rings and then leave a message for a call back - as was usually the case.The phone was answered promptly and the person who answered had the information at her fingertips.

Outstanding Service!

I purchased a Maserati from Greg Reed and he was extremely friendly, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicles. He was willing to work with me and give me a great price. I would highly recommend him and his dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new or used luxury vehicle!

Great and fas service coffee and dougnuts

Another success visit to F.C Kerbeck!

My name is Tom. I spend a lot of time enjoying a beautifully riding vehicle. My first visit to F.C Kerbeck was an exciting venture for myself & my 15 year old son! WE love cars! Beautiful foreign cars! On my recent visit, we were just going to look around & check out what new cars were on the lot & in the showroom. I met up with the salesmen I worked with in the past; Greg, Eric & Joe. In speaking with them, I was inquiring about different cars & expressed my fondness for the Aston Martin. Each one educated me at different times on all of the many features of the vehicle. When I left, I was leaving with my new love! An Aston Martin Vantage convertible!! The car is amazing & and I could not say enough kinds words for the time & patience the gentleman had devoted to me. I now start & finish my one day off doing my new favorite activity--cruising in my car! Till next time Greg, Eric & Joe! Thanks!

Excellent Service...see my notes on last page

We have bought 5 cars from F.C. Kerbeck and can do nothing but rave about time attention and service we received. Wil Durham is our person of choice and Al comes in on all final sales and can't be happier dealing with Palmyra, NJ location. Wil has literally spent hours familiarizing me with my SRX and helping me along. Gold Stars for all the gentlemen that help me along, including the Service Dept. Thank you one & all.
