Greedy crooks who will say anything to screw you over. AVOID at all cost! Rob Cortney and Chris Costello are horrible human beings who take advantage of hard working people. What they did to me should be criminal! “Vengeance is mine” says the Lord!

I BROUGHT A FORD F150 FROM ECHELON FORD AND IT WAS IN A ACCIDENT, BUT ECHELON HAD A CLEAN CARFAX FOR THE TRUCK 2021... WHEN ASKED ABOUT IF THE TRUCK WAS IN A ACCIDENT THEY SAID NO WAY..

I GOT A CALL TODAY FROM ECHELON FORD CHRISTOPHER COSTELLO... ABOUT ME WRITING A REVIEW AND HOW THIS DEALERSHIP SCREWED ME A MILITARY VETERAN OF 21 YEARS... HE WANTED ME TO ADMIT THAT THE DEALERSHIP DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG.... NOW THEY MADE MONEY ON BOTH ENDS FROM THE GUY THAT SOLD THEM THE TRUCK TO ME BUYING THE TRUCK.... BUYERS BEWARE ECHELON FORD ONLY CARES ABOUT THEMSELVES..... CHRISTOPHER WANTED ME TO BE OKAY WITH THEM SELLING ME A TRUCK THAT HAD BEEN IN A ACCIDENT SAYING IT WASN'T THEIR FAULT.... HE TOLD ME THE TRUCK DIDN'T LOSE NO VALUE FROM BEING IN A ACCIDENT AND THAT IT DIDN'T CHANGE ANYTHING BECAUSE THE DAMAGE WAS MINOR.... TO ME THAT SOUND LIKE THEY KNEW THE TRUCK WAS IN A ACCIDENT BEFORE THEY SOLD IT...THEY GAVE ME A CLEAN CARFAX... I DON'T HOW IT WAS CLEAN.... WE AS CONSUMERS MUST HOLD THESE BUSINESSES ACCOUNTABLE FOR THIER ACTIONS TOWARD US AS PEOPLE... IF WE WANT CHANGES AND WANT TO BE TREATED RIGHT WE MUST STICK TOGETHER ...IT'S ONLY A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE ECHELON FORD DOES THIS TO SOMEONE ELSE... LET'S HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE FOR THIER ACTION.... GREEDY DEALERSHIP THAT ONLY CARES ABOUT MAKING A DOLLAR !!!!

TO ME ECHELON FORD CAN'T BE TRUSTED.... HOW IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE... THEY JUST DON'T WANT TO EXCEPT RESPONSIBLE FOR SELL ME A VEHICLE THAT WAS DAMAGE WITHOUT LETTING ME KNOW IT HAD DAMAGE TO THE TRUCK..

OUT OF STATE BUYERS BEWARE.

OUT OF STATE BUYERS BEWARE..... I bought a 2020 f150 and paid in cash, tax, tag, and title included. I was given a 30 day tag that expired and my new tag and title had not arrived. I could not drive the vehicle with an expired plate, so I called and spoke to TOM LEWIS, the person that arranged the sale. and asked him to follow up on when my tag and title would get to me. With unbelievable rudeness, he blasted me on the phone and said they use a third party title company and it was completely out of his hands. He later calls me back, apologies for his "very unprofessional" behavior and gives me the information I originally asked him about. NEVER, EVER, will I do business with this dealership! I asked to speak to the owner and he told me that would be Chris Costello and he would have him call me. Still waiting on that call......

I came here to buy my first new car and Pete and Chris were amazing ! They were so helpful and honest and made the process easy and exciting. They stayed in touch with me throughout the process and made everything much easier than i was expecting it to be!
