Truck driver

I ordered a 2019 Ford Ranger there was a little delay getting it but I got it and I I love it salespeople rich and Rob trying to do what they can do best came through and got me my truck

Incomplete and over priced.

Up until today, the service department has been fine, but they dropped the ball today as far as I'm concerned. At a recent service visit for our F-150, the service department neglected to reset the engine oil life indicator, so we had an indicator showing 24% oil life following a service recall and an oil change. We had an appointment to bring in the truck to get the indicator reset. As an added task at the last minute, we asked them to change a blown fuse that enables our truck to charge the battery of our camper while we drive. I had identified the fuse, and we asked them to change it. We had a pretty good idea as to why the fuse blew, but they got back with a phone call saying they had to analyze the entire system in order to determine why the fuse blew, and they reminded us of our $100.00 deductible on our warranty. We couldn't imagine why a fuse could cost that much, as we could have had it replaced at a corner gas station for $5.00. We said we weren't going to pay that much, but they went ahead with the analysis, then called to give us the good news--that being that the wiring harness was okay, and it was just a blown fuse. We gave the OK to replace the fuse, only to learn later that the charge was $40.00, based on their labor rate of $140.00 per hour. As far as I can tell, nobody in the service department is an M.D. or DDS., so we thought that was excessive. Nevertheless, we paid, and drove the truck home only to find that they never reset the oil life indicator, which was the main reason we brought the truck in in the first place. We called from a cell phone on the way home to tell them they didn't do the job, and my wife was given instructions over the phone that enabled her to reset the indicator from the driver's seat of the truck, which could have been done before we brought the truck in for the appointment. Bringing in the truck involves dropping it off the evening before the appointment and going back again the next day to pick it up. Not the most convenient procedure for what was a 2 minute fix. Now, tell me again how this is worth $140.00 per hour!! The entire staff is very pleasant to deal with, and we have never had a problem before, but this incident has left a bad taste.

Long time customer

We have been leasing vehicles from Echelon Ford since 2001. Our reason for returning time and again is our salesman, Chris Cole. We were not that comfortable with car dealers until we met Chris. He was friendly, not pushy, listened to our needs and concerns, and I believe he truly has our best interests at heart. We wouldn't use anyone else!

What an easy experience

I have worked with many Ford dealers over the years and worked for a division of Ford myself but this was one of the easiest purchases I have ever made. The executive management, sales team as well as finance were all in lockstep with each other and made it simple and quick.

Veteran Friendly

I would highly recommend giving this dealership a chance for your business. They earned a lifelong customer in me. I'm a disabled Veteran that had some special needs. Without going into detail I explained my situation to Erik, one of the sales people. He had me take a seat and off he went trying to accommodate me. He and the Echelon Ford team worked tirelessly to make sure I was taken care of. They hit it out of the park! On a side note, to all My Veteran Brethren This shop has Vets working for them and they Know how to talk to us. Let's show them our support like they supported me. "Bravo Zulu" Echelon Ford.

Amazing Customer Service

This was my first time buying from a dealership, my sales rep Derek, was excellent! He listened to my needs, answered all my questions and made what began as a stressful process(at a different dealership), extremely pleasant. I love my purchase and will recommend this dealership to everyone looking for a new or used car!
