This is my 13th car (new and used) purchased for myself, wife, and children in the last 35 years. I am always completely satisfied with the sales staff, management, and service department. You can depend on Echelon Ford to match you with the best automobile for you and your family.

With my wife and I expecting our first child, I had to purchase a bigger car, so with all the positive reviews I decided to check out Echelon Ford. I was not disappointed. Erik and Nick really were great to work with and got me a great deal. I wanted a lower payment with a mid-size SUV. After running the numbers it did not look like it would happen. I was looking for an Edge and Erik let me try an Escape. It was a lower price but not the vehicle I wanted. I wasn't comfortable getting that car so I decided to leave and do some more research. They were not pushy about me leaving, just concerned to try and make the buying experience better. Again after doing some research and getting a call back about my trade, I told them I saw the vehicle I wanted to the Escape price somewhere else. I had to "play the game" of sales. Ending the story, they gave me some great rebates, more money for my trade, and in a car I wanted with all the bells and whistles.

I was very impressed with the way I was treated at Echelon Ford. Jeff and the staff that I had experience with were every helpful in the choosing of my Ford Ranger. I am enjoying my truck and thank you for helping me get the truck I always wanted.

Customer service and sales man we’re good. After test driving the vehicle, and doing the paperwork I asked for the vehicle to be washed inside and out, When we were ready to leave in the vehicle it was neither wash nor cleaned.
