This is the second car I have purchased at Echelon Ford and the third car that I have purchased with Pete DiAntonio as the salesman. Pete is practical and always has his customers' wants and needs as the focus of the purchase. He listens to what you ask for in a vehicle and delivers.

This was a totally pleasurable experience buying this company vehicle from Pete Diantonio and Echelon Ford. He is a true gentlemen and made me feel very comfortable from the inception of our initial phone call to the delivery of the vehicle. I was referred by a friend to Joe Moe, of Echelon Ford. I initially contacted Joe and he assigned Pete to me. Pete and Joe Moe were very responsive to all of our needs and extremely professional. My Boss was so impressed with the fact that there was an additional rebate offered from Ford after all of the negotiations and paperwork had been completed the day before we took delivery on the vehicle and that this was offered to us without asking. He stated "these are the kind of people we should buy all of our company vehicles from", of which I intend to do. My parent's lease is expiring in June 2018, and Pete will be the first one I reach out to for their replacement. The wife of our employee who picked up the new company truck thought that I had known Pete for years based on the how he greeted them when they arrived. A truly friendly, sincere, real experience. I'm actually considering switching from GM to Ford for my personal vehicle due to the experience.

Leased Car

This was my first time dealing with Echelon Ford and I was very satisfied. Everyone there was extremely helpful. Especially my salesman Erik Szutkiewicz, he went above and beyond for me. I went to other Ford dealerships and the first time I was here I just knew I didn't have to leave and go back to one I've been to or to check out another dealer. He went above and beyond for me and made me comfortable through the whole process. Which was very painless. And answered every question I had and made sure I knew everything about the car I got. And management did a follow up call a few days later to make sure I was 100% satisfied, and I really got the feeling of I wasn't they would've taken care of it.

Second new car from this dealer.

These guys are great. This is my second purchase with this dealer. sales people and management are easy to work with and the follow up is great. I have already told my friends to shop here when looking for a car,truck and or suv. I dont think anyone really looks forward sitting down and going through all the paper work for the purchase of a new car. But at least this place makes it easy. Thanks
