Great experience

Went here on a recommendation from a friend. Found my truck quickly and was taken through the finance process also quickly to see what could be done. My wife and I left that night with a much etter truck then the one I drove in with

Excellent Service

This is my second new car purchase with Echelon Ford and I am extremely happy with the entire experience. My salesman, Dave, went above and beyond to locate the exact car I wanted and have it delivered and ready for pickup in less than 24 hours. Everyone at the dealership was helpful, friendly and appreciative!

I went to Echelon Ford to look for a lease as my current GMC lease was expiring. The salesperson , Bill Kensler was not only informative but was not the least bit pushy or aggressive. Our expierience with Bill and all those at The Echelon Ford was for the first time at any dealership, a pleasant and extremely comfortable one. in fact I left with Two vehicles that day. I joked with Bill, that he had four cars in the showroom and l took half of them that day. Bill made it a great expierience and made me so glad that I returned to Echelon Ford after being away for some time.

My first experience with Echelon was Aug. 4, when I needed service to correct a problem with my 2012 Fusion. That car was purchased two years earlier at another dealer. Echelon's service department advised me that it would be a few days before they could address it, due to the volume of vehicles to which they were already committed. But they were able to examine my car within 30 hours. Meanwhile, a rental was arranged. Chrissy Burgess was the service advisor who worked with me. She and the others presented a good impression. My car was returned by the middle of the next week and, in layman's terms, it ran great. I had been thinking of trading it in and returned to Echelon for that purpose. So on Aug. 22, I revisited Echelon and was greeted by Mike Lupinacci. Mike handled things superbly and, by mid-afternoon, I was driving a 2017 Focus. The overall experience has been great. And most convenient, as Echelon is located just less than 3 miles from my residence. Despite the inconvenience due to the mechanical issue mentioned earlier, I discovered the practicality of having Echelon as my dealer. I am happy with my new vehicle.

Sooo Happy!

I had a great experience at Echelon Ford! I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and the staff worked hard to make sure that what I wanted was exactly what I got! My sales consultant, Mike L., was very friendly and helpful. Joe Z. also worked hard to make sure that I got the best interest rate possible and an affordable monthly payment! I would definitely recommend Echelon Ford!

Loving my new F-250

I just recently purchased my second vehicle from Echelon Ford. The experience has been great each time. The sales team is friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles they are selling. I never felt pressure to buy. I have had my first vehicle in for regular maintenance many times over the last several years. I used to avoid taking my vehicle to the "dealer" for maintenance, but Echelon technicians have been great. I haven't been hit with unexpected charges and the workmanship has been excellent. It's difficult to believe that I have had nothing but good experiences with a car dealer. I have bought vehicles from four other dealers before finding Echelon Ford. My experience at Echelon Ford keeps me coming back.
