Super Great Experience

We have bought many cars from this dealer over the span of 15 years and the professionalism and experience couldn't be better. This day, i had my car in for regular maintenance. It took all of 25 min. Besides being quick...and almost as important, they are friendly seeming to really care how your day is going. The area to wait has comfortable seating and a tv to watch. If they find something wrong with your car...they will drive you home so you don't have to wait. All and all a great experience.

2015 Fiesta Stick Shift

All good from the dealership end, but the 2015 Fiesta has some design items I would like to see improved before considering buying another one. The inside portion of the door handle cover is made of weak plastic and moves when you push the door open, it some times pinches your hand. I have a stick shift, and reverse does not always hold in place when engaged. It seems like there is a point where it wont set properly when the stick is pulled back. You can start backing up and it will pop out of gear. Other times it works normally.

Great Place to Get a Car!!

I just purchased a pre owned vehicle from River View, and plan on exclusively shopping here. Mark Groggin was my salesman. He worked with me to find me the very best pre owned vehicle that would fit my budget. He was very knowledgeable about how the vehicle operated and different options featured. After getting home with the car, an unforeseen mechanical issue developed. My car was taken in by Jason B in the service department. It was repaired in a very timely manner, and covered under the dealerships warranty they give on all cars. Prior to purchasing from River View, I visited 2 other dealerships. The first salesman gave me his card, told me to check the online inventory and get back to him. The second offered less for my 2 trade ins than I was given for 1 by Mark, and wouldn?t even discuss working with me to make up the difference in what I needed to fit my budget. I am very impressed with Mark, Jason and the entire staff at Riverview !
