I had limited time to buy a truck, and went to many different dealers with a specification list. Craig was the ONLY one that responded in a timely fashion, followed up, and went the extra mile to get the truck I needed.

I was originally looking for a used low millage car for my son who just graduated high school. We utilized the Costco Car program and met Craig during that process. We visited several different dealerships from Mazda, Chevy, etc... Craig by far was the kindest and easiest to work with. We ended up moving to a brand new Ford Fusion and it was the best decision. My mom, who is very particular, asked for certain things on the vehicle. Not only were those needs met, They went above and beyond to make sure they were happy and getting exactly what they wanted. In a world where customer service is lacking, River view showed exactly what customer service should be. Its nice to know there are still car dealers out there that deal with people with integrity.
