Another New Lexus

I love purchasing a car at Haldeman Lexus of Princeton. Since 1990 when I purchased my first Lexus , I will not go anywhere else. My salesman, Kevin Dunn has assisted me with purchasing my last two cars. He has been with the dealership 14 years and has been Top Salesman of the Year for six of those years. The vehicle I wanted to purchase is the brand new NX. Kevin was very helpful in pointing out a the differences from my present 2012 RX350. He was vey informative and knowledgeable concerning all the features in this car. Kevin was understanding when I said I wanted flaxen interior, which meant the vehicle had to be ordered! Once ordered, he kept me informed as to when this vehicle would "be in" for pick up. Kevin makes purchasing a car fun, favorable experience, as it should be. No pressure......just the facts. I have recommended him to my friends. You too, should purchase a car from him. Linda Weber

2015 ES-350 Experience

I thought the sales agent, Jean, was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable and I had the opportunity to talk with other agents as well, and found them to be equally as helpful, professional, and knowledgeable.

Great service, great customer lounge

The customer lounge is a great place to wait for the car. I appreciate the bagels, coffee and waters! Love the wifi. The service managers are all attentive and work hard.

Outstanding

This is my 3rd lexus but by far my best experience. Kevin Dunn was amazing. From the first phone call he explained every aspect of the car and for once, i didn't feel like I didn't get the best deal on the car. The Lexus brand speaks for itself...but it always helps to have outstanding sales people! Thanks Kevin.

A smooth professional buying experience

The professionalism of Kevin Dunn was a key factor in our purchase of the 2015 Lexus GS350. Kevin was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and incentives being offered by Lexus USA. He also followed us with me on a regular basis until the car was delivered and all of the optional equipment was installed on the vehicle.

Perfect service experience

Called and was able to get an appointment in 30 minutes. Then, in and out, with service performed (needed a new air filter - mouse had eaten part of it!) in under an hour.
