Simple, smooth easy process

This was my third Lexus and this was absolutely the easiest experience I have ever had when getting a new car. No bait and switch, no misunderstandings, no back and forth negotiations. They put their best foot forward right from the beginning. I would absolutely encourage anyone to go to this dealership. It was worth going out of my way to get a vehicle here

This is my second lease with Haldeman Lexus.

My salesman, Joseph Laurito, was of tremendous help in explaining all details I was considering with the different models. He made me feel comfortable and the paperwork was so much easier than I had anticipated it would be! I certainly recommend him and the Haldeman Lexus dealership to my colleagues, friends and family. Service Advisor worked for me

Mike Devlin was supportive and explained everything along the way of the process. (Had clogged A/C drain and moldy carpet!) He worked hard to get my vehicle serviced and back to me as quickly as he could.

Great service

Friendly service, sitting in the lounge is fine if the wait isn't too long, an hour is ok, quick turn around when my car had problems detected

I felt cared for the moment I drove in the Maintenance Bay. The attendant opened my car door and walked me into the Service Dept. Employees went the extra mile every step of the way.

Best car buying experience!

Excellent customer service and follow up! Scott made the whole leasing process super easy and everything was ready when we arrived. Craig explained things thoroughly and the whole experience was a breeze!

oil change and tire rotation

I think the person who i saw was Tara, she was very knowledgeable about everything, and she wasn't she asked someone who could help. very pleasant person.

Recall service

Things went better than smooth. I can truthfully say I enjoyed doing business with you. A salesman actually gave me a lift over to where my car was parked.... plus a tank of gas and a clean car. A very good day!
