Nice leasing experience with Haldeman Lexus

Jean Kathrada is very friendly, patient and honest. The leasing procedure was prompt. Before I drove home my car, the technician gave me a detailed instructions about all the functions of the new Lexus. It was a really pleasant experience.

pleasant, accommodating honest dealership

I was favorably impressed with Haldeman Lexus. Kevin Dunn did a wonderful job letting me drive, on the highway 3 different models, some multiple times so that I could make an informed comfortable choice. He certainly know his car and was accommodating. It was the most pleasant car buying experience that I have ever had.

Great service and value and employees .

This is the 3rd Lexus I have bought from you since 2004. I bought all of them from Dan Moyer. He is a very good personality to sell vehicles and he knows what kind of vehicle I like. I have never went to any other Lexus dealer to get prices. I also have a lot of confidence in your service department and I mostly deal with service writer Tara and I always request mechanic Brian Sabo to work on my vehicle. I feel comfortable in what ever he tells me ny car needs.

Great personal service

That the service person (Tara) took the time to listen to my questions and was very nice to deal with. Also that the technician took the time to show me the underside of my car to show me how the front tires were wearing out; very interesting to see!

Wonderful Experience

Professional, courteous service. Very efficient - I never felt rushed nor was I ever left wondering what was "the next step" or what I was waiting to have happen. The whole process went smoothly and moved along. I was on the road with my new car in about 2 hours!

New Lease from Haldeman

Recently leasd a vehicle from Haldeman Lexus and had a pleasant experience. Kevin Dunn was great at providing me with the knowledge I needed to lease the vehicle and made the process run smoothly. Very prompt at responding to my needs and very courteous.
