Excellent buying experience
Let me first start by saying your salesman Kevin is one of the most personable and professional salesman I have ever purchased a vehicle from. He maintained contact with me in a respectful and courteous manner up until I was ready to make a purchase. Kevin had me text him to ensure the fact that he would be able to open his schedule to not waste any of my time standing around waiting for him to finish working with another customer. Kevin thoroughly went over the vehicle with me, never trying to salesman push me into purchasing. He insisted on showing me a newly traded vehicle that I may have an interest in, even though he could tell I was a sure sell on the one we were looking at. Kevin explained all the paperwork and wasted no time in making the deal close so I could be on my way. Kevin even went through all the extra coverages and protection I would be offered in the financial office. I must say I was very satisfied in shaking Kevin's hand on the way out of your dealership and sincerely ment it when I thanked him.

Dissappointing
Car was sold without an inspection sticker. When I called the dealership nobody answered. Not the receptionist not service...nobody I was required to make an appointment with a PA inspection site

Exceeded our expectation
Everyone was friendly and professional. The showroom and lounge area were pleasant, modern, and inviting. Two individuals merit mention: Jean, our sales executive, and Nico, our tech instructor, were above expectation in professionalism, knowledge, caring and attention to detail.
