New "QuickLane" is amazing
The new QuickLane checkin is efficient, quick and convenient. Some routine checks are so automated that it takes but a couple of minutes, even before the regular service begins. Use of an IPad (or equivalent) automates the whole process, including photos of your car as it first appears in their service area. The final report is a slick piece of complete reporting on issues, checks, and status of your car.

You lost my business over a $500 dollar difference in price.
I came to Fullerton to buy a used 2008 Dodge with 123,000 miles on it cash in hand. Rich Zeller and I discussed price prior to my arrival via email. Of course there were added charges tax title and so on. The bottom line left us with a price discrepancy of only $500. I can't believe they let me walk away from a $500 difference in price on a 2008 truck with 120k miles. Not even an offer to meet in the middle. Business must be very good these days. Unfortunately they lost my business as well as everyone I can possibly tell to stay away from this dealership. Thanks for reading, Brian Beldowicz P.S. 2nd new car leased from here
Leased a car here 2 years ago and my lease was up. Got a new fusion titanium energi and Chris was great yet again. My parents were also here last month as their lease was up as well. Great place and in 3 years my next car will be from there again!

Two New Ford Cars in Two+ Months
We have gotten two great cars, an Escape and a Fusion, from this wonderful dealer in the last few months, and will need to get one more before the summer is out. They were very attentive, professional, helpful, pleasant and accommodating. I had lots of questions and they were all answered politely and thoroughly. I did not feel pressured into getting something I didn't want. Our interactions with sales rep. Mike S. and sales manager Rob A. made our visits enjoyable. We are very happy with both cars!

The best EVER in service
I have dealing with Fullerton for many years. First with taking car of my company fleet car and now my personal car that I bought from fleet when I retired. Fred Avila has been my Service Advisor and has been wonderful. Paula at the check in desk is delightful. In a word they have NEVER let me down. Even when I have arrived in an emergency situation they have found me a rental when necessary and fixed all my cars promptly and expertly. My next car will absolutely be coming from Fullerton - I won't be looking elsewhere.

Fullerton Fantastic Ford
I recently visited Fullerton Ford for a routine oil change. The customer service was impressive! It was the Friday before Memorial Day weekend and I arrived at 3 pm. Fullerton team acted like it was just another wonderful day at work. The team was professional, helpful, and patient. Excellent customer service! The renovated wait area was comfortable and clean. I fixed a cup of joe, grabbed a free snack, pulled out my laptop and enjoyed the free wi-fi while I waited. Thank you Fullerton Team for the positive experience. I'll definitely be back!

I have purchased 4 vehicles from Fullerton in the last 12 years. Despite living 2 miles from another huge Ford dealer I will always travel to Fullerton. Mike Dunlap, the sales team, finance folks, and service are all outstanding. Mike is the most patient salesperson I have ever met, and he will answer your questions honestly. Don't waste your time running around to other dealers, go to Fullerton!
