Fullerton Ford

Very pleasant buying experience. Did not feel like we were pressured into unwanted extras. Good discussions with the Salesman, Sales Manager, and Finance representative.

Horrible Service

I just left the Fullerton Dodge dealership after walking around for about ten minutes. No one approached us. No one welcomed us. No one offered any sort of help or anything. It was probably the worst service I've ever received in a dealership setting. Two salesmen were actually busy with customers, the rest were standing around talking to each other (and might I add, swearing very loudly) and the conversation must have been good because, like I said, we were ignored the entire time. I stopped going to this dealer a few years ago for similar bad customer service issues, and thought I'd give them another shot, but I can see nothing has changed. I went in to buy a Durango, I left with nothing. I'm going back to Flemington. The Ford dealer was no better.

Fullerton Ford was GREAT

We had an amazing experience at Fullerton Ford - Jordan really helped us with all of our questions and made sure that we found the right car without any pressure. He was extremely helpful and very kind, and made the whole process a great one. This was the first car we ever purchased, and Jordan made what could have been a stressful situation, a really great experience.

Great buying experience

I cannot say enough good things about our sale rep Steven Centeno. This young man was very helpful and his knowledge of the car impressed me. He took the time to answer all of our questions to the fullest and made this experience very pleasant for my wife and I. This is the third car that we purchased from Fullerton.

New Car Process

Worked with Mark W. He made the deal happen, really went as for just a test drive but my wife loved the color of the car. It was obvious that they Mark wanted to earn he business and he made sure to meet a price that was reasonable for me and my wife. We usually have dealt with another dealership (4 leases thru that dealer) but that dealer was not willing to move off of what I considered ridiculously high pricing on a car we were interested in. Only issue with Fullerton in the delivery of the car was a stain in the back that I noticed on the test drive. Stain was still there when we picked it up. Mark was very attentive when I brought it to his attention and cleaned it immediately, but that is something that should have ben taken care of when the car was cleaned for delivery.

First time leasing

We had been looking for a cost effective way to get a bigger family car. James really worked with us to get a lease in our price range and helped us get a great value for our trade in. Great experience overall.

Satisfied Customer Since The Year 2000

Coming to Fullerton Ford is always a pleasure and very much a positive experience for me. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and courteous, and their repair costs are very reasonable. I enjoy talking to Paula Dodd, and my Service Adviser Erica was very pleasant. I miss seeing and talking to Alan Prince and Keith Davis and Dina.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service

I have been going to Fullerton for about a year now and have been through three cars already. When I bought my first car, a 2012 Ford Fusion, I was extremely happy with everything. when I went to trade it in for something a little bit faster, a 2010 Dodge Challenger, the same thing I had someone help me through the entire process and I left extremely happy. My last visit I picked up a 2016 Dodge Dart SXT. James Sheeley was my sales guy and I am extremely happy with how he works and the things he does for his customers. He is helpful, generous, and accommodating. He helped me through of my purchases at this dealership and I could not be happier. Fullerton is the only dealership that I look at when I am looking for a new car.

Service Department Is Horrible

First, my vehicle had a recall on the fuel tank, it had to do with a sensor that was bad inside the tank so they ordered me a new one and had to wait a month to have the work done. The bad sensor would cause the vehicle to stall after putting gas in. When they did do the work and I picked up the vehicle there was a knocking sound coming from under the vehicle that was not there prior to the repair. The service manager took a ride with me so she could hear it and she said it was because of an exhaust leak. Keep in mind that to get to the gas tank you must remove the exhaust system first. So they said they did not cause the leak and were not responsible. As I was driving home the noise got louder and louder so I went directly to my mechanic to get it checked. They through it up on a lift and noticed right away that they did not connect either hanger support on the exhaust and the pipes were hitting against the frame, they also noticed that while taking the exhaust off they also broke the seal on the exhaust where there was a previous leak that was repaired. My mechanics fixed the hanger issue at no charge. When I called the dealer to inform them they just said they were sorry but still refused to repair the exhaust seal that they broke. Now since the repair wasn't fixed the pipes have rotted and the whole exhaust system needs to be replaced.
