They did a great job.

First off I needed to find a dealer to address the two recalls on my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Having bought a new car from Fullerton back in 1999 I decided to call them first. I spoke with Sarah in the Service Dept. and she checked on the availability of the parts needed and then set up my appointment. The day before I received a call to confirm my service appointment and to once again give me a confirmation that the parts were in stock. A reminder of a car service appointment the day before like a doctor's appointment? How cool is that?! I dropped my Jeep off the night before because I am at work by 6:30 AM using the convenient key drop, nice and easy. The next morning I received a call from Mary in the Service Dept. confirming that my Jeep was checked in. Wow! Later that day at 3:30 Mary called to tell me that my Jeep was all finished and ready to be picked up. Nice. No charge because they were recall issues and an inspection report for other minor issues that need to be addressed, no pressure at all for these additional repairs. Very nice people and excellent service for recall issues on a car not even bought from them. Excellent!

Nice to see the new arrangement for service and things checked even before service begins, tires and alignment.

Complimentary Oil Change at Fullerton Ford

Took my new Ford Explorer in for a 10k oil change. I was happy to use the 'drive up' service that didn't require an appointment, as I was a few minutes late and didn't have to worry about it. The waiting area had a private working stall for me and several others to work, and wireless internet. Coffee and muffins for all. The oil change was done quickly, and I was on my way.

Ford Ecape 2011

I stopped in to make appt to get my Jeep fixed..I met with Dean ( from Fulterton) and he brought me in to make appt to have jeep serviced..Dean could not be nicer, and brought me right to the customer service person...I was only going to make appt, and they took my jeep right in and gave me a loner ( a beautiful 2016 Edge) to use...everyone there was exceptionally friendly and curtious to me..Even Joe the service manager came over to me to make sure everything was going ok...he said he would call when the jeep was done...he actually did call me that day and said what was wrong with my jeep...he said it will be done tomorrow by 12:00 noon...to my surprise, he called me the next day and it was done on time..the service and people were just amazing over there... And no charge for the jeep they lent me!!! That never happened to me before!!!!!

Another car game

Gave a specific price, on a specific MSRP car and asked if they could beat the price. Got no answers to my questions, just more questions, calls, emails, and non-answers. I dread the new car process because of the games and sales games, but wanted to shop a fair price that I got. Fullerton talked themselves out of an opportunity and missed the boat on competing. They fall into the "just another car dealership" for me.

Great experience

I brought my vehicle in for oil change, They meeted me proptly and pulled my car right in. They called me with any concerns and I had the vehicle back when promissed. Great Job.

Kudos to Fullerton's team.

I been taking my Fusion to Fullerton for maintenance and the service is been excellent. Dave and Fred do a great job keeping the customer informed and providing details of what has to be done to the car. Also I should stress the fact of their honesty when recommending if parts of the car need to be changed or not. I do appreciate that they do advise when to and when not to purchase new parts. Kudos to Fullerton for having the team that you have in place. My next car will be from Fullerton, it can't be any other way.

professional

Very good experience. Professional and stress free. Juan Munoz was knowledgeable of the vehicles. He did not make us wait or sit and sit like most dealers. The Experience was quick and painless. Tom Gandolfe helped finish our deal. Total experience from both was very good
