ford escape

Traded my Nissan Altima for a Fusion 2 1/2 years ago, then I had a wonderful surprise that I could get out of my lease early and get into a new Escape with no penallties. I am so glad I got introduced to Fullerton and the Ford family. A great experience, everyone was easy to deal with, great pricing and my salesperson was awesome. A transformed Ford buyer for life.

There's something about Fred!

I bought my new Explorer in for a clunky brake sound on a Saturday to Fred. He's helped me a few times and although I know Saturdays can be busy, I figured I would stop in to see if someone had a moment to check on it. Well, Fred pretty much stopped what he was doing to help me! He had one of the techs (I think his name was Mike) bring it right into the shop. Within about 20 minutes, I had it back. It was just a matter of tightening something within a rod of some sort. (Hey...I'm a girl, and I don't pay a lot of attention to this technical jargon...all I know is it's fixed!) Great service...there's just something about that Fred that makes me comfortable here!

Great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable of the...

Great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable of the different features in the cars. They were honest and didn't give me the run around that I have gotten at other places. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Would Recommend to Anyone!

Finally found a dealership that worked with me on price. I had a limited budget and also needed a car with good gas mileage. Chris, our salesman, worked with us to find the perfect car. When we came in to pick it up, Chris was there waiting for us, even though it was his day off! I sent my brother there too, and he had the same great experience. Highly recommend.

Treated like family

My husband and I were in the market for a new vehicle for our growing family. After looking at a few SUV's with much patience from my sales person who was working with me on meeting in the middle with budget & needs of space we finally found one that worked perfectly. You need to buy your next car from Fullerton.

I finally worked up the nerve to buy my first ever brand new vehicle and decided on a 2014 Jeep Cherokee. I was very nervous when I walked into Fullerton but my salesman, Jason Lucre, made every effort from beginning to end to make me feel at ease. His casual, easy going, and professional attitude allowed me to feel confident I had made the right choice, not just with the Jeep, but with doing business with Fullerton as well. I was given a fair value for my trade, a very competitive price on the Jeep itself, and most important of all, treated like they really valued my business. I never knew car buying could be fun

My wife and I were looking for a new Jeep Wrangler, after going to a few dealerships and not liking who we spoke with (they seemed like they were too busy to be bothered). At Fullerton, we met a young man named Chuck. A kid recently out of the military, with all the personality in the world. Within minutes there was no stress as he had us laughing the whole time. However, he was able to also focus on making our needs his priority. We asked every question we could and he answered everything sincerely. What he wasnt sure of he made sure he found out the exact answer for us. I really enjoyed my experience at Fullerton. I asked for extra business cards so i could recommend him. I cant say enough about how valued we felt. I highly recommend everyone considering a new car to go see them.

Great car buying experience.

Bought my new Jeep Cherokee from Dave this past weekend. I received a good price for the vehicle and was able to drive it home the same day. I wasn't sure what vehicle I wanted to buy. Dave was very patient and showed me several different vehicles and helped me to get the vehicle that I could best afford. Dave really went out of his way and I highly recommend Fullerton to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Thanks, Bob M

Really sleazy experience here - will never return

We knew which car we were interested in, and our salesman Mike was clearly a nice person who was being forced to do shady stuff to try to seal the deal. There were lots of back-and-forth games about whether the car was still available, whether they had already sold it, how much they would offer for trade-in, etc. Once we knew we had been lied to, it was impossible to trust them and couldn't bring ourselves to make a deal there, even after a few follow-up calls chasing our business. When we told our story at the dealer where we finally did buy, the sales associate said "Don't they know the age of the sleazy car salesman is over?? You can't get away with that anymore!" That's the truth.
