Friendly knowledgeable & efficient sales & service

Bought my Escape from Mike Petrillo and I'm glad he helped me find an SUV I'm really happy with and suits me really well. Between regular oil changes and getting little creature comforts (remote starter, heated seats, tow package) installed, I've also been helped by Dina Thompson, Fred Avila, Keith Davis, and Doug Watson in the Ford service department and they've all been awesome to deal with. Fullerton Ford comes highly recommended!

Their customer service was simply amazing. Everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful. Finance was quick and easy. Manny helped me every step of the way and ensured that the vehicle was going to be a good fit for me from the start. I never felt pressured to buy the vehicle. I Would definitly buy another vehicle here.!

I was just able to purchase my first new car with the wonderful assistance of Jason. He was extremely helpful in every way possible from the minute I walked in and started test driving to the last minute questions on details of going over the car before I drove off. I never thought I would have walked out of there as pain free as I did AND with a beautiful brand new Jeep Compass. To say I am ecstatic is an understatement and owe it all to the best sales service at Fullerton Jeep!

I brought my volvo in for service and needed tires. The pricing was affordable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My service advisor was very helpful. I recommend Fullerton for all your service needs.

My service experience was absolutely the best experience...

My service experience was absolutely the best experience I have ever had at any car dealership, the service staff was very friendly, accomodating, and helpful from my initial phone call to the dealership, my arrival to the dealership, to my greeting at the dealership, to my Service Advisor Russ who went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of as well as my vehicle was repaired correctly, and finally when my vehicle was completed the delivery of my vehicle to me. My vehicle would not start and my first instinct was to call the dealership and ask if I could have my car towed in and when I was done speaking to Russ I felt very comfortable having my vehicle towed to Fullerton, he gave me roadside assistance phone number to call so I didnt have to pay for a tow truck, when my vehicle was towed to the dealership he called me and advised me that my vehicle had arrived and he would have it checked as soon as he could. Within a hour he had called me with a estimate to repair my vehicle and could have the repairs completed the same day and the charges were very competitive so I authorized him to go ahead with the repairs to my vehicle. My next phone call was to let me know my vehicle aad all done. The whole experience wad pleasant and I would recommend this dealrrship and Russ to anyone who needs repairs to their vehicle. Great job Fullerton

Great Job

I went to the dealer and was treated to one of the best car buying experience I ever had. The salesman and the manager seem like they really cared about my concerns when buying this car.

Highly Recommend Fullerton

I just completed a lease for a 2014 Grand Cherokee from Fullerton. From beginning to end my salesperson Angelo made my experience quick, easy and stress free. I got a great deal and will definitely return in the future. I was very satisfied with Fullerton and would highly recommend them.

Great service and sales department!

I've been going to Fullerton for 22 years they are the best dealership around! The sales department is never pushy and they always work with my budget. The service department is even better, if I ever have an issue I get right in and the problem is fixed right the first time!

Needed a new fuel pump in my Chevy blazer.. I had been to...

Needed a new fuel pump in my Chevy blazer.. I had been to the dealership before for oil changes and minor work. I had talked to a service advisor about my gas gage never working, he said it was a common issue with my truck. I let it go and sure enough a few months later my fuel pump went.. I called my service advisor and he helped me to get the car towed and they replaced my fuel pump which had gone bad. It was a quick process. They put me in a loaner and they even found a little mouse friend that had destroyed my filter and made a home took pictures to show me the huge nest.. All in all the advisors are all great and very helpful never have I had a problem there and will continue to take my blazer there for service..
