Perillo Downers Grove
I recently purchased a used BMW from Perillo Downers Grove. This was my first experience with Perillo. They were very helpful and made the buying process easy. My sales rep was Marco... Great kid and really was passionate about cars and his work. Also worked with Paul and Dan. I found everyone in their organization to be trustworthy, like able and went out of their way to help me find the right car. They have an outstanding selection of high quality cars. I would use them again and also recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

Great experience
I was looking for a car and had a couple ideas in mind of what I wanted but after working with the Perillo staff they opened my eyes up to some other cars that were really nice with many great features. I ended up buying a car and have not had any problems. The GM is really nice and made sure everything went well for me.

Review of Perillo Downers Grove Illinois
Drove from St. Louis to Downers Grove to purchase a Bentley Continental on April 4. Was impressed with the sales staff and service staff who explained the car in detail. Car needed 2 repairs which the salesman called me and told me were repaired that evening - so I purchased a plane ticket and my partner to fly up to look at the car on April 5 with specific arrangements to pick up the car and drive it for a few hours. We arrived; the repairs were not made; we waited one hour for the service manager to find the Navigation DVD which was never found and kept us standing there with no updated info that entire time. WE decided to keep looking after our test drive and told the salesman, Dimitri, that. On April 6 Mike Jernigan called to say the repair was made so I asked him to present his best deal on the car. He called back to say that he knew the repair was made ( faulty armrest) so he went out to the car and it was NOT made (3rd time we had been told it was fixed and wasn't). His best deal was sticker price and he claimed that was on the deal sheet from the other salesperson, Dimitri. I had never been presented a deal sheet. I specifically asked the service manager Steve, to obtain some service history on the car. He continued to say that Bentley doesn't make that available from previous owners and that I should be assured its up to date since the car USED to be certified. Mike then stated that they were going to order the parts for the armrest which would take a week to arrive, and that they had requested the service records from Minnesota. So, for a Bentley Dealer, it was a very poor experience which in which I invested 2 days and about $700 in travel costs. Too bad; if they had handled this professionally and promptly we would have purchased the car the second day, as planned. We loved the car. The Good news is that I purchased a great car from a competing Bentley dealer in another state. Great Experience, no hassles, done in 2 hours. No hassle, no runaround, everyone was on the same page. We own multiple high end cars and are cash buyers who are serious before we ever arrive at a dealership. We have never had such a ridiculous buying experience, even back when we were purchasing Buicks and Pontiacs! David Baker

Telephone conversation
I called the Perillo dealership about purchasing a Mercedes at some time in the future. The salesman knew full well that I was not an immediate prospective purchaser but treated me as such. In fact he behaved as if I had already paid for the car and was calling about picking it up. He displayed not an ounce of the pushiness that one so often finds in such a situation but showed an exceedingly polite and helpful interest. When I eventually purchase the car I am looking for I shall certainly do so from this dealer.

Had the opportunity to visit Perillo on several occasions to purchase a luxury used car. The facility is centrally located near expressways and is professionally managed by Dan. The salesman Jimmy is very honest and will recommend the perfect car. He will give you his opinion based on facts and the car's history regarding vehicles that are of interest to you. He carefully considers your budget and car preference. He is eager to answer questions and offers suggestions on car options to fit your lifestyle. You will not be disappointed with visiting Perillo and requesting Jimmy to assist with your next car purchase.

Can't Complain, Great Place
Great service, finance department really helps in getting you the car. Great selection of cars to awe at while you get down to business for the one you want. Dealer tries not to mask the problems that the car you are looking to puirchase, but could be better by actually fixing the problem before having the car out for sale. Overall, great experience, will be back for an Audi after I put down 100,000 miles on my great looking Mustang. Ask for Roy, he's a great salesman.

Quick, Hassle Free car buying experience
The salesmen were sooooooo nice and personable.I purchased a 2011 Volkswagen CC, lost the vehicle key , two days later. I didn't have a vehicle to drive.Perillo Pre-Owned Outlet gave me a loaner car AND ordered me another vehicle key! (the key cost $278, but I ONLY paid $65 for programming) . It was a great experience. Dave Kern and Rhoy Montes are the BEST!!!!!! I will be returning in two years to purchase my next vehicle.

Great car buying experience
My husband decided that it was time to change out my car because I wasn't a fan of the car and he knew I wasn't happy with it. So he decided to take me here to Perillo Used Cars because they had the exact car that I wanted, which was a Mini Cooper. I owned one in the past and loved it. However, I am one of those people who hate going to the dealership because I don't like the hard sale tactics that I have experienced in the past. My husband decided to surprise me with this adventure and I wasn't happy about it. We got to the dealership and right away the staff was helpful and patient with me and my husband. My sales rep was Hector Rodriguez and within minutes I felt as if I was visiting with my long lost friend. He was friendly and knowledgable about the car I wanted but the best part about it is he wasn't pushy. The other sales reps were of the same calibur and I can't say enough about the staff at Perillo Used Cars and Outlet.
