My buying experience

My buying experience with Ron and Dan was awesome! I was really in a tough spot with my pre-approved, but Ron and Dan work with through the whole process. I will return here to buy my dream BMW in the future!!!

Best Car-Buying Experience

This was by far the best experience I've ever had buying a car. I traveled over 150 miles because none of the other dealerships would compete with the low price Perillo was offering. Other cars that were the same year, similar mileage, and similar options were $3,000 more expensive. When I arrived to purchase the vehicle, it was in the exact condition as they had advertised. At my request, a minor blemish on the exterior of the car was fixed and my sales consultant Ron obtained all service records. I felt completely at ease during my whole experience. They make buying a vehicle an extremely positive process. I can't say enough good things about my sales consultant Ron. I highly recommend Perillo for a great deal and a great experience

I took my Bentley to a performance shop to have my engine...

I took my Bentley to a performance shop to have my engine light repaired. They quoted me $3,500.00 to replace catalytic converter. I asked is my 2007 Bentley still covered by a warranty - they said no. I left and called Bentley Downers Grove and spoke to Tom B. I explain my problem he told me to bring it in and he will provided a loaner vehicle. He inspected my Bentley and called and told me my Catalytic Converter is a part that is covered by my 8 year / 80,000 mile warranty .Tom ordered the parts and my Bentley was completed the next day

Found a 6 year old Honda Accord, with only 26k! Car was in excellent shape. Salesman was very cool and down to earth. would highly recommend dealership to others.

Outstanding Experience and Service

They were very friendly and not pushy at all. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and that is exactly what I was shown. No attempt was made to upsell me to a more expensive model and no warranties or service contract were pushed either. It was a very pleasant experience. Although I came in with pre-approved financing, they did offer to see if they could beat the deal I came in with and they did, so I also saved money over the life of the loan. My pre-owned vehicle is as close to a brand new car as you are likely to find, and they only sell the absolutely spotless cars at their lot. I highly recommend the extra drive.

Great Service

I bought my Bentley there 4 years ago. My check engine light came on and I went to an independent shop for repair. They said I need a O2 sensor and they must remove the engine. The estimate was $ 5,400.00. I took my Bentley to Bentley Downers Grove for a second opinion. The service manager was great and even gave me a loaner vehicle at no charge. He called me later that day and told me I had a cracked vacuum line and the cost of repair was $ 450.00 and I had engine miss fire codes and he would replace all 12 igntion coils on a campaign when Bentley Motors. That repair would of been $2, 000.00 . Wow I left with a bill of $ 489.44 and my Bentley runs great.

I thought all was good. I found a car, negotiated with...

I thought all was good. I found a car, negotiated with them, put a deposit and told them i'd be there to pick up the car the following weekend. The day before i'm leaving and AFTER I ALREADY BOUGHT A PLANE TICKET, they call me and told me they sold the car to someone else. I've bought tons of cars all over the country, never have I been treated like complete trash, especially after I told them I'm buying a plane ticket. Total disregard! I will never deal with them ever again and hope no one else does. Don't trust them

Not pushy....not intimidating.....great people

Two purchases there of used cars. Both times I went the salesmen pushed nothing on me, they listened to what I wanted, and they worked their best to make it happen. It is a bently dealership, and bothntimes I went and purchased a car 20 times cheaper than what they sell new. They still introduced me to the owner and the managers AFTER I purchased the car and they congratulated me as if I was ready to pull away in a bently. Great people and a great business
