Had a good experience with this dealership. Staff was friendly and professional. Compared to other dealerships in the area, they were engaged and knowledgeable, and not pushy or cocky. During the process, we met with other dealers in the area that simply made us uncomfortable. We enjoyed doing business with this group, so if you're shopping for a Mazda, we recommend that you check these guys out. The explanation for the missing star is that there were a few small ducks that were not in line. However, we are overall satisfied with our purchase and enjoyed doing business here.

I was in the market for a Mazda CX-5, reached out to Hannah directly based on the reviews I read here at Dealer Rater. Smart move on my part, she was great to work with. She spent hours with me, letting me drive different trims and colors. No pressure at all. Very knowledgeable of the features of the vehicle. Everyone else I spoke to at the dealership was very friendly too.

I have owned / leased 3 Mazda's and had an amazing past experience with my current 2016 Mazda CX5 lease experience. The salesperson, who is no longer there was honest and upfront and made our experience want us to return. Well, that all changed on Saturday, August 3rd when we sat there for 4 hours while the salesperson, Mike, and the rude finance guy with the gauges in his ears sent us to lunch while they detailed our new car and we thought all was good. We returned and were told that there was an issue with MY credit and that the interest rate just went from 6% up to over 10% and not only did he not talk to us in a private room about this, he was rude and demeaning in front of other customers as well as Mike the salesperson. Mike called us today and left a voicemail that he had good news for us but you have lost a loyal customer. We will no longer do business with Russ Darrow Mazda.

Vehicle had two manufacture recalls. They worked with my schedule so I could drop off my car the day before the appointment and keep a loaner vehicle overnight. The staff at Russ Darrow Mazda in Madison, Wisconsin are all courteous and accommodating.

I received great service from this dealership, as usual! Danny in the service department gave me a good overview of the condition of my car and brought me a very detailed estimate of what needs to be done. He was courteous and professional! And my car is washed at the end of each service visit. Great job!
