The initial intake technician and counter technicians are always excellent, their knowledge of Toyota Autos is an asset to the dealership. The Parts Manager is always professional in recommending needed parts, and how they enhance the performance of my auto.

Nancy alerted me by phone that my order placed online the night before needed to be completed that day in order to qualify for the rebates that were due to expire. They then were able to order the tires that morning and install them that afternoon.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my recent service experience. I scheduled my appointment in advance for 1:00 PM and arrived on time. However, it took four hours to complete a filter change and tire rotation. If there was no technician available at my scheduled appointment time, I do not understand why I was given that time slot. This resulted in an unnecessary and frustrating delay. I feel this reflects unacceptable customer service and hope that improvements can be made to scheduling and communication to prevent similar experiences in the future. A "NO pressure, NO hassle, Detailed, Smooth" transaction…Overall Outstanding! Purchased used car from DCH Brunswick Toyota… After much research I went directly to this dealer’s website to check “Availability”. Next morning I received a call from CAROLINA SEMPLE. Carolina made our appointment for two days later. On Wednesday Carolina reconfirmed the car was indeed still available before I left home for the appointment. It was a pleasure speaking with Carolina. Received a call from a salesman…ALEX GOMEZ! A great guy! Exceptional! Arrived at dealer 11:15AM…ALL was GOOD! I had done my due diligence for the purchase and possible trade-in. [Note: trading your old car in reduces sales tax paid] We drove out of DCH Brunswick Toyota at 2:30PM in our “new to us” car!!! UNBELIEVABLE!! Never really spoke to anyone else but ALEX…Alex dealt with MOHAMED RIZVI/Sales Mgr about our trade-in. ONE back and forth with Mohamed through Alex and we got a great price for our trade-in! NO additional typical ’sales pitch’ in the sales mgr’s office! …Clean, neat, transparent and fast (Literally, ten minutes!) [Got ‘value’ of my car from ”Driveway” through Carvana website!] We signed ALL papers with AMIR ROMERO-HARVEY/finance mgr. (we did not finance our purchase) Again, fast, no pressure …Signed all papers in his office. Amir was extremely efficient and, yet detailed in his explanations...a pleasure to deal with! Extremely happy with ALEX, Amir, Mohamed and Carolina. Thank you DCH Brunswick Toyota…AND, THANK YOU ALEX GOMEZ!
