I had a wonderful salesman, Nikolai Yershov, he was patient, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and just a lovely young man. Once I obtained the new vehicle, he showed me all the cars features and what each button did. I am very happy with my new RAVA 4.

I went to DCH and received an excellent customer service

I went to DCH and received an excellent customer service experience with Joan. He took his time explaining everything to me about the RAV4 I never felt like I was in a rush. If I needed him to explain something again to me, he would go over it with me very pleasantly. I would recommend this dealership! Very happy with the service I received.

My salesperson, Alex Gomez, was very knowledgable and

My salesperson, Alex Gomez, was very knowledgable and always responsive. He went out of his way to text me photos of my new car when it first arrived on the truck. His in-car review of the car's features was very clear. At my request, he even put a rush on my registration so I could immediately transfer my plates.

From the moment I pulled into the garage, to the moment I left, everyone was so nice. I was updated on the car's progress, the waiting area was so comfortable. How many people can honestly say "they look forward to waiting while their car is being serviced". Thank you so much! Peggy Sciallis

The service was quick and efficient. Problems I missed were politely pointed out to me without pressure. Contact was always made about what are being oroposed.

I do not recommend this dealer place be aware of scam On march 8 2025 my wife finance a rav4 hybrid 2022 was used with almost 11k for 32,195 sales person was offering warranties to wheels and much more with opt out to every accesories deal wants to offer when we finalized deal I seat down at my house to review contract and they overcharge the contract such like putting 1500 dollar oil maintenance for 2 time a year a 2002 extra dollar just for door have vin number printed just in case car get stolen 700 dollar for another features accessories etc something we never ask all they tell us that we could do nothing cause we sing the contract when they never told us does charge i am witness that sales person never says does detail we feel they overcharge us for about 4500 dollar even do we notify them by phone so we schedule a Appoiment with sale person just to tell us we could do nothing about now I will put a lawyer or notify dmv of New Jersey safety about this unfair deal from this Toyota Dealear guys be aware of this place I just contact consumer affairs to put a complaint for the abuse of that sales contract manipulation

Out of all the dealerships I went to during my car buying

Out of all the dealerships I went to during my car buying experience, Victor was the only salesperson that really made me feel like he cared about getting me into my dream car. He answered all of my questions and let me look at as many cars as I wanted. I will be coming back when my wife eventually needs a new car!
