Great salesman!
Just bought a brand new Kia Sorento from Taylor Kia and I love it! Brett was a fantastic salesman and was so helpful through the whole process. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of like you normally do at dealerships. Will definitely be a return customer!!

So so...not the best, not the worst
They had successfully masked the smoke odor. I detected a hint of an odor when I purchased it, but couldn’t tell what it was. In about three days, it was clear the car had been smoked in heavily. It smelled like an ashtray. I’ve spent about $100 trying to get the odor out.

Dodge truck
Kaleb the salesman did a good job. However had a headlight go out the same day I took it home. Called back and never got a return call so I changed the bulbs and it went out again so i pushed the issue and gat an appointment to get it fixed. When i got there i was told i would have to pay $110 for them to look at it. They DO NOT stand behind what they sell, so I will NEVER bu it another car from them again.

This was first time i ever bought a car and felt relaxed through entire process. Kaleb was awesome. The finance lady Jodi also made us comfortable and explained everything carefully and made sure we understood everything.
