I can not comment on the dealership as I only dealt with Big Al who was always a pleasure to communicate with. Even though we could not come to an agreement on a deal to purchase a vehicle, Big Al was always personable and forthright and I feel like we struck up a friendship that was more than just a buyer/seller relationship. In short, I believe Jacobs is fortunate to have Big Al as an employee.

My second car buying experience with Jacob's Mitsubishi was better than my first time. Last month I bought a Mitsubishi Sportage and I had it for a month but it was not for me because of my medical needs. Therefore, I was nervous when I called Jacob's Mitsubishi and talked to the sales manager Darren if I could trade it in for the larger size Outlander and I was afraid he would say no but instead he said yes we want you to be happy with your purchase from Jacob's Mitsubishi. Therefore, everyone at the dealership was so helpful even the finance manager was able to help lower my monthly payment they went beyond and above anything I would ever expected I can tell you please if you are in the market for a new car please call Jacob's Mitsubishi they will work with you they will get your monthly payment to what you can afford and make sure you're happy with your purchase. I wish I could be a Goodwill Ambassador for them an spread the news for them because that's how happy and impressed I am with them and want everyone else to have the same experience I have had with this great dealership.

Recently bought a used 2020 Honda Odyssey from this dealership. The best part of the experience was dealing with Big Al. He was very approachable, without being pushy, and genuinely wanted the best for his clients. He was very very communicative (which I greatly appreciated) and he's a humble guy that is ready to get a deal done! The most impressive part of the dealership was the teamwork. Big Al wasn't the first person to reach out to me, but he did majority of the leg work; however, because Raffy reached out first (thank you as well Raffy!) Big Al still wanted to keep him in on the deal. It was a breath of fresh air to see a salesman respect his coworkers like Big Al does. I gave 4/5 due to the detailing. I got to the car an hour after the car hit the lot, so I anticipated it wouldn't be in pristine shape. I put a deposit down on Thursday night and picked it up Saturday. When I picked the car up, it was cleaned, but I would have loved a full, deep detail. Other than that it was an enjoyable experience, and I would recommend this dealership :)
