This was my 3rd transaction in 2 years and my 2nd

This was my 3rd transaction in 2 years and my 2nd transaction since this past May. Each time gets better and better. I actually traded in the BMW I bought from them in Aug 2020 for a 2021 Mustang GT. Ray Sousa, the GM, gladly steps in to help get a deal done, which seems rare these days from a GM. I appreciate how he makes himself accessible. Dustin was able to give me all the updates and trade figures I requested without any games and even let me contact him after hours. He went the extra mile documenting his own personal inspection of the car live and pointed out all the imperfections before via text before I made the 90min drive to NPR. Pavel made sure everything was in order as soon as I arrived, made sure everything I was promised was delivered and had the car ready like he said he would. And Troy White in finance was the perfect one to close out the final part of the sale. I worked with him on the paperwork back in 2020 and made sure I'd be working with him again this time around as I always remember his upfront honestly on the optional items. I like to have all the financing parameters set before I walk in (who doesn't) so when the printout my bank gave me was off from what my bank was telling Troy, he got on the phone immediately and got me the rate was promised within a minute, actually it was a little better! Also, when going over warranties, protection packages, Gap etc. he tells it to you straight and recommends items that make sense, and also explains the options that you can live without. It's the complete cycle of customer service that will keep me coming back. Oh, did I mention their inventory?? Rolls Royce, Bentley, new Hummer, Aston Martin...buying a modest car is like getting entry to a luxury car show! I don't know what else to say besides go see them if you want a different buying experience. I'll be back in 2024 if not sooner! -Dave H Riverview, FL

Fantastic Customer Service!

I was an out of town buyer and traveled approximately 3 hours to purchase a vehicle. From the very first contact, Gigi was very prompt when corresponding with me. Then, Deborah sent me a personalized video and displayed the vehicle, which was very well done. After a price negotiation occurred and both sides agreed to a set price, I stressed that this price was not to change as I had to travel 3 hours to buy, if I decided to purchase it, and didn't want to be suspired by any hidden fees. Since I was not trading in a vehicle, I had to rent a car and drop it off near the dealership. Deborah was nice enough to pick me up from the rental car company and take me to the dealership. Once there, my finance consultant, Jeremy, was also a pleasure to deal with. He was thorough, quick and answered any questions I had. The transaction was smooth, fast and absolutely no surprises in price or vehicle integrity occurred. Their customer service from all three employees, was impeccable. Thank you for a great transaction!
