Yana Simon who works at sales at Jacob Mitzubishi is a great person to deal with when you are looking for a vehicle. Although she didn’t sell me a vehicle she helped me with problems I had with Jacob Mitzubishi. After the original sales person, manager, internet manager and general manager didn’t help at all, I found Yana and she found how to fix the problems I was having. What a girl and her helping me made my sick wife so happy after getting the run around. So thank you Yana for taking over my problems and fixing them. So I have to say prior to me buying this vehicle the original sales person called about 10 times a day until I came to see the vehicle and ONCE I BOUGHT IT I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM OR ANYONE ELSE AGAIN, WHY BECAUSE THE SALE WAS MADE………MICHAEL RIZZO.
