We have been treated very graciously, and everything has...

We have been treated very graciously, and everything has been done to make us feel comfortable, and very satisfied with our salesman And the service department. Including sending help when we were stranded with a dead battery AT&T Mayo Clinic. HElp was there with a new battery within the hour. We are now at the dealership, where the car is being reprogrammed after it lost all memory after the battery kicked the bucket.

We had a great experience with Kachina Cadillac. We worked with Edward Barowsky. He is very professional, & tried to help us in every way. We also worked with Amir, one day, & he was very helpful. Everyone there is so friendly, & makes you feel comfortable, which car buying can be a real pain sometimes. We would recommend this dealership in a heartbeat! Thank You Ed & Kachina!

Joey was very helpful in helping us select a vehicle that fit our price range, and did not try to get us to purchase something that we did not feel comfortable with. He was very polite and courteous. Joey told us to bring the car back on Monday and they would fill the gas tank, detail and wash the car (road construction in front of dealership left cars dusty). Amir (sales manager) let Joey handle the sale without much interuption! No pressure from Amir, just helpfulness. Ed (finance) did the paperwork in a timely manner. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Kachina Cadillac and would recommend them to anyone.

All of the employees of this dealership are friendly and helpful. It was obvious they are a team and work together very well. The process of purchasing a used vehicle for my sons 18th birthday was fast and painless compared to past experiences of buying cars from other dealerships. I would highly recommend this dealership as well as the salesman, RICHARD TOTH, as he was honest, friendly and not pushy whatsoever! Edward in finance was awesome as well. Thank You KACHINA CADILLAC! We can't wait to make our next car purchase from YOU!

Ihave purchased several new cars and Kachina acomplished this sale with the professionalism better than any of other dealership which I have experenced They set a example which all dealers should follow. The sales staff, management, service and all contacts showed the prefessional attitude to satisfy the customer. I would highly recommend them to any close friends.

Roberto Saenz took the persoanl time at the dealership to explain features of my Saab to me. I never received the personal attention from Lund Saab even though I purchased a brand new Saab from them. Now that is outstanding service!! Roberto is the kind of service oriented representative that all the dealerships could use.

We were in the dealership waiting for our crx to be serviced and I was reading the booklet for the navigation system and Roberto came up and asked me what I was reading. I told him I couldn't figure out the system or how to use blue tooth as no one really took the time to explain this to us when we bought the car. Roberto said that when the car was done he would show us how to use the stuff. He spent about 1 hour with us and helped us understand everything. He was very patient and extremely knowlegeable about the equipment. He was great!

We purchased our new CTS wagon from Roberto at Kachina...

We purchased our new CTS wagon from Roberto at Kachina Cadillac. This is our third CTS. The first two were purchased at other dealers and both experiences was horrible. How wonderful it is to finally be treated like a Cadillac owner should be! The experience was awesome. Roberto is a great salesperson. He puts the customer first. He is well mannered, respectful, and presents himself as a professional both in his personality and appearance. He took care of all the details when we purchased the car and continued to take care of us during our first service experience. The finance procedure was efficient as Andy had everything under control, organized and ready for our signatures. Sean in the service department did a fine job explaining the work performed on our vehicle. We will recommend Roberto and Kachina Cadillac to our friends and neighbors.
