Kachina Cadillac, aside from having great customer service, gives some of the fastest service I've ever had from a car dealer. Almost immediately after pulling into the parking lot someone will greet you and attend to your needs. They definitely have the best customer service. Quality of work and friendliness are not a problem at Kachina Cadillac. Not only will the employees give you the best of their service but they will always do it with a smile on their face and with the intention of giving you the best of what you need. Along with the employees being great, the pricing on the cars is some of the best I've seen in luxury cars. They find the type of car you want, with the accessories you like, at the price that you need. They also offer their gently pre-owned vehicles at prices that are lower than discount dealers. I think overall if you're looking for quality, low prices, and exceptional service, Kachina Cadillac is the best place to shop for your luxury vehicle!

I shopped every dealer in AZ. and out of all of them this was by far the best sales team in the business.No hassle, No pressure. After purchasing my salesman Joey Matos explained and demonstrated how everything worked and helped set up my On Star acct.I would recommend this team to anyone. Thanks Guys!!! I love my new CTS. Took the my vehicle for normal oil change and check up...
Took the my vehicle for normal oil change and check up and was assigned Chris as my service rep. After sub par service he was fired or quit and the service department admitted the guy was doing a terrible job. Then I was taken care of by Steve. Hes a nice guy but always had an issue answering his phone or his cell. My GMPP agreement was never found in their system and they told me I only had warranty until Nov 29th of 2010 when my agreement is until 4/6/2012. He never looked into it and never got back to me about that. Now my hard top is not working and I wanted to take it in... couldnt take my car in for a week becuase they didnt have any appoinments availabel, the day of the appoinment a week later he is sick, when I call to say Im on my way another guy takes my call only to tell me they cant take me until the following week. Furthermore he gets an attitude because Im not being clear enough of when I need to take my car in... At this point I will take my vehicle somewhere else Lets hope all cadillac dealers are not the same... I love my XLR too much to sell it or go to another brand...

Overall the experience was pleasuerable. Joey was good to work with, friendly, and not pushy. Joey and the dealership did everything they said they would and I did not ever get the impression that there was behind the scenes funny business going on. We actually spent very little time in the dealership, which was at our request. Joey brought the vehicle to our home for us to look at and then he delivered the vehicle to our home after we purchased it. I reccomend this dealership and Joey Matos.

We found a car on ebay and went into the dealership to look at the car. The staff and specifically our sales man, Steve Shannon, were very friendly and helpful. They answered all our questions and were not pushy at all to make the sale. They did not haggle on price and gave their best price right up front. They gave us time to think about the offer and in no way did we feel pressure to buy. When we did decide to buy the car, their staff was professional and quick. They had everything ready for us. They showed us around an let us meet a lot of the staff, so we felt very comfortable at their location. All in all, it was a great experience and would buy from them again and would recommend Steve. I live in Seattle Washington and I have dealt with Amir for over 10 years. I have followed him from dealership to dealership. I have bought over 7 new cars from him. I can go to any dealership in Washington and get about the same deal but I choose to travel to Aruizona and buy cars from Amir. I dont like car shopping and dealing with car salesman. Amir is different. He treats me with kindness and respect. He treats me like family. At other dealerships, I often get fustrated and angry at the salesman because they usually approach me as if I am an idiot. I have never bought a new car from any other person but Amir. Thank you Amir.

My experience with Katchina Cadillac was overall very good. When we arrived, we were greated quickly and shown the vehicle that interested us in the first place. No bait and switch, no funny buisness, very straightforward. We test drove, and when we got back, the negotiation was as easy as talking next to the vehicle. No desks, no 4 square, just an honest conversation. We made a deal, and when the vehicle was ready to go, Ed drove it out to us and picked up the trade in. After delivery we did have a few small issues with the truck, and Mike Ellis did a great job getting all issues resolved to my satisfaction, all the while giving us a loaner car. We have our Escalade now 100% perfect, you literally can't tell it isn't brand new.

I have been in the market for a Cadillac CTS and have visited several dealers in the valley and by far my experience at Kachina was the best. Joey the salesman that help me was very professional and answered all my questions even the one's he didn't know he went out of his way to give me the correct answer. As soon as i'm ready I will be back to purchase my CTS from Joey at Kachina. Betty

This is the second vehicle we purchased through Kachina - and Roberto as our sales person. I had such a great experience the first time around that when my husband was in the market for a used vehicle, we called Roberto and within a few days, he had located the type of vehicle we were in the market for. We are so pleased with the level of service and the car buying experience as a whole, we will use Kachina for all of our vehicle needs in the future!

Contacted them through the internet to start with and then by phone and in person. One of the best get to know your new vehicle talks I have ever been though with a new car. Worked very hard to make sure everything was just right. I will give them the first chance next year when I trade this vehicle in for a new one.
