OVER ACHIEVERS!

I have bought all of my cars here, every service, etcetera. I love these guys and know many of them on a first name basis. Today was no exception. I went in for two recalls on my 2022 Jeep Gladiator. I had to pick it up after hours and there was a little mishap. They helped me get my car even though service had gone home for the day. Thanks for going the extra mile as always!!!

I came to this dealership for a recall fix and to assess why my remote start was not working. When I told the man working in the parts department that I was under extended warranty, he told me that he needed no other information other than the warranty providers phone number and my VIN. Later that afternoon, I received a phone call letting me know that the problem was actually due to a short in my rear passenger door. This was causing the computer to believe the door is open and not allowing the remote start to work. He told me this would not be covered under my extended warranty. They were asking too much for a simple repair so I declined the fix. He told me that my car was ready for pickup in that case. I arrived at the dealership to be told that I owe them a $130 diagnostics fee before I can receive my keys. This was when things went left.... I was never told about a diagnostics fee, I was only told to leave my Warranty providers information and my VIN. I refused to pay the fee because it was not disclosed. After an argument with parts management, they all left the lobby for without an indication of a solution. Soon after, someone came through the front doors and handed me my keys without saying a word. I was anxious to leave after they made me feel cornered so I rushed out of there. When I returned home I noticed while under their care, items from my glove box, center console, and truck bed had been STOLEN totaling over $200. I guess their solution was to steal my things rather than come to an agreement. This was the most shady and screwed up experience I have had from a dealership. Would never recommend someone buy from or get service here.

This dealership treated my husband with respect and ignored me. When I let management know they just said, "Ok, thank you," and did not apologize. We will never be back.

Avoid all together

I have never had the pleasure of dealing with a more incompetent service department in all my life, i dropped off my truck around the 24th of oct they said they couldnt get it in until around the the 4th of nov. Not a problem. I called on the 4th around 3:00p.m they said they found the problem, that it was a hose but they have to order it .i said so if you order it today when can you have it he said bye the 9th of nov. I said so i can fly out on the 11th and pick it up. Yep that shouldnt be a problem i get a call on the 10th, after ive scheduled my flight and he tells me i need an approval are you freaking kidding me, what part of if you order the part today when can it be here didnt they understand, so needless to say im flying back to salt lake to a truck that they've had for 3 weeks that isnt fixed , that is the last time i ever take anything to them. Do yourself a favor and avoid there service altogether.

HORRIBLE customer service. No desire to help

If you are buying from out of town, DO NOT deal with this dealership. My 45 temp tags are about to expire. I come to find out that they never registered the vehicle from my state. I have been trying to get them to overnight me the proper paperwork for weeks. They told me it was in the mail last week, my wife just got off the phone and they said it would be overnighted TOMORROW. She asked for another temp tag and they said they would not accommodate. Not to mention them not scheduling transport for my vehicle until all their funds cleared from the bank. I leave them detailed messages with time sensitive issues and they just don't care. I have never dealt with such bad customer service and its baffling how its also with one of the most expensive purchases you make. I will try my hardest to let all consumers know about this issue.

Michael, I know you are frustrated, but there isn't a dealership in the country that would deliver a car that hasn't been paid for. We have to wait for the funding from the bank to do anything... licensing, delivery, everything. Awful service department experience

So far ..a xxxx show. Dropped my jeep off for a 40k service and a few other minor things...3 days later I got a call asking "what is your car in here for??"...after explaining everything again, I was told I would receive a call that night...still nothing.

The customer service is phenomenal.

The customer service is phenomenal. Charles and Chris made it a breeze to transact. No hassle sale. Great price. I flew in from out of state to buy a vehicle based upon recommendations and was not disappointed with the recommendation. Experience was great and I highly recommend.
