Great people during a supply chain nightmare.
The employees, all of them, have always been wonderful. Oil filters have been unavailable for as long as I have searched. Oil is very difficult to come by as well. None of the supply houses in the west carry it. The auto parts doors definitely don’t. I was finally able to obtain a cheap Chinese knock off filter which makes me nervous. There is no other choice currently. Jeep says there are over 8400 on back order and none in existence in the western hemisphere. We just press on and do what we can.

I just received a promotion from my employer. Since I had purchased my last two, used trucks from this dealership, I thought it may be the right time to look at a new truck. My salesperson, Bret, worked hard to help me find the right vehicle, acquire a good financial institution and monthly payments that wouldn't strain my budget. Overall, I would say the sales tactics were very agreeable and I left with a beautiful new truck and absolutely no buyers remorse. It was a good experience for me!

never take your vehicle to them they will brake things then claim it was not them brought my vehicle for some recalls they broke the vehicle and ended up costing me over 400.00 to fix there mistakes pulse all the time liers and cheats dont call when told they will left grease spots on ceiling and the floor mat had a oil change done on the first trip they left it a quart low told them when came back said they would add oil they never did been in the business my self over 30 years would never have done this they have no morals just the standard dealership talk take take

you didn't want to do the right thing and take responsibility for the damage you caused now you say you want to make amends cant trust you with my vehicle I will just keep telling everyone i meet not to trust your shop
