I enjoy my interactions with the folks at VW of Duluth. They take good care of my car and of me. I like to work on projects on my computer while I wait for the service to be completed. The waiting area has a comfortable chairs and tables to work at. My only suggestion would be to lower the volume on the ambient music. It can be a bit distracting if you are trying to focus on work.

Lacked communication about when to pickup my vehicle and when the service center actually closes. Was not told the service center closes at 5 and was told at 4:40 to pickup my vehicle. Went to pickup my vehicle and the dealer was closed and I was not told until the next day what was wrong with my car.

Dan at service department was spot on with appointment. He explained service check up and sent a video of service completed. Thank you
