Had a great experience! One thing I wanted to bring to your attention - I was a bit put off when I was told "go home and talk to your husband about getting new tires." I do have a husband (I'm not sure what I would think if I didn't) but he doesn't know anything more about tires than I do! I am certain that you didn't mean to be condescending and wanted to pass along this feedback.
