I am very pleased with the overall service at VW of Duluth. 2 things: 1. They did not tell me I would be charged for the tire rotation and the filter. I was surprised to get a bill, as I brought it in for an oil change and an 18 month warranty check. I would expect to be informed of things that I will be charged for ahead of time on my next visit. 2. I am very frustrated that the navigation issue on my 2022 Tiguan has not been fixed. I have had it in a few times, with no luck to fix it. It appears that it is a VW problem, not necessarily a dealer problem. Frustrating to pay for a feature on a new car when it doesn't work as expected. Overall, the service people at VW are friendly and helpful!

They are people, who will help you, no matter what the situation is. I will give them an A+
