AWESOME SERVICE DONE PROFESSIONALLY

I was greeted by MIKE, the service manager. He quickly took my information and remembered exactly why I was there and the items that needed to be completed on my vehicle. From there, I was quickly given a 2015 loaner to use for the day. Later in the day, MIKE called me informing me that my vehicle service was completed. Upon arrival, MIKE explained everything about my Remote Start that I had installed as well as an oil change and tire rotation. It is such a pleasure bringing my vehicle to Herb Chambers for service. Mike is the BEST in the business. I don't know how he does it but he is so pleasant, informative and never has a NO for an answer. Herb Chambers should be so proud of Mike and his service team.

Excellent service !!!

Mike at your service dept helped me get my car towed and fixed right away when I told him I was having problems with on star getting someone to my home to tow to dealer ship he took the problem out of my hands and set up everything himself I really appreciated the service seeing I couldn't seem to get a tec out here...

Herb Chambers cadillac

Herb chambers cadillac is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I will never go anywhere else. The manager Sal M. is truly amazing. He is so professional yet so personable. We have 4 young children and went back to see Sal to purchase our 2nd escalade in 2 years. He makes the experience smooth and is so accomadating of our children. He is a promise keeper and that's what matters when buying a car. You want to build that relationship and Sal makes it so easy. Prices are fair and you won't get treated better anywhere else. Then there is Michael in service. I can not say enough good things about him as well. He always has a smile and takes care of us from the moment we drop off the car until the moment it's finished. The wait time is quick and the work is efficient, Michael makes sure of it. I never have been so happy with sales and service as I have been at herb chambers cadillac and I have leased 13 vehicles in the past 12 years. 5 star service and Sal and Mike have never let me down. OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE!

Paul and Mike are outstanding as is your entire team in Lynnfield. I purchased a used vehicle for my daughter from another dealer, and your team treated me as if I spent a million dollars annually with them- they could not have been more pleasant and responsive. Unethical and Illegal

I have never had such a poor sales experience. They put optional features for $1500 on my original financing submittal without my consent and without even showing me the option. The financing was approved with a "tire protection" warranty that was never selected or presented to me. When I pointed this out, it was evident that they just wanted me to go away and that they knew they used illegal tactics to bump up the price of the vehicle. I have spoken to multiple people in management, only to be told I should be satisfied that this "option" was refunded. No one gives any real explanation on why and how that this was originally placed on my bill. I have been in sales for over ten years and I don't know how these people sleep at night. This was WAY over the top in trying to take advantage of the average consumer. Stay away from Lynnfield, MA Herb Chambers Cadillac. I feel ill by the whole experience, before and after.

I brought my 2011 SRX for an oil change and an Inspection sticker and was very pleased with the service. They even washed my car and vacuumed the front floors. Mike, the service manager is great and always very pleasant which is why I continue to come back.
