Great service every time!

Mike is always pleasant and professional. The staff is the same and the car comes out better than when it went in!

Best Service Department!

Cadillac Lynnfield has the best service department hands down. The bottom piece of my car was hanging off, I went in last minute and was taken care of right away and out within 30 minutes. I have also been in a few times for a fuse issue and again, they were fantastic! I will never go anywhere else.

Herb Chambers Cadillac

My car needed warranty work and parts. Mike was very professional and courteous and helped get this job done quickly. The car was fixed right and I'm extremely happy with the end result.

An Incredible Experience

Absolute professionalism is the only way I can describe this dealership. I didn't realize that service such as this was provided anywhere anymore. Upon entering the service area, I was greeted by Mr. Anagnos, who listened carefully to the issue (a series of warning lights) and agreed to provide a free assessment and car wash. Shortly after giving me a tour of an incredible reception waiting area filled with complimentary refreshments and reading material he gave me an assessment of what was needed and the cost, and agreed to obtain the part and provide the repair immediately. The newly washed car was returned to me in about an hour at a lower cost than I had been led to believe at another dealer. What makes this experience even more impressive is that my car is a Florida registered seven year old Chevrolet! Many thanks, Myles Lund

Quick, easy, and no negotiating!

I bought my Nissan Rogue last week from the salesman Dick Dooling. It was an overall quick and easy experience. I had a used car in mind that was at a HC dealership further away. We called up Dick and he got the car transported to HC in Lynnfield and we scheduled a time to come and take it for a test drive. Dick even offered to stay late so it was a time my husband and I could both come and look at it. Once we decided to purchase it, the process was super easy. They price their cars at the best price, so you don't have to negotiate. We even double checked the prices and everywhere else was selling for 2-3k more than HC. Overall, it was an quick, easy, and pleasant process and Dick was a helpful and friendly sales person.
