SUPER SERVICE!
Believe it or not..its true....I had a pulsing issue in the front end when slowing down from high speeds on the highway... I called Paul on Wednesday afternoon for an appointment, he got me in the very next day at 1 PM made the repairs and out the door by 2 PM job complete and ready to go.....that's what I call super service.....and by the way the car was washed and vacuumed as well

Great Service
The service was great and all personnel were very helpful. The only complaint I have has nothing to do with the service. I have a 2012 CTS and it has no spare, just a air pump. I am 74 yrs old and can not manage it, especially last week when I had a hole in my tire, I needed a spare!! Why they don't put a spare I will never figure out!! Using a pump may be OK for a young person but not for a senior or a woman. The pump was useless because the tire was so damaged it couldn't hold any air, I needed a spare. I had to have the car towed when a spare would have prevented all the problem. Re-think the air pumps and replace them with a spare tire!!! Thank you

Herb Chambers Cadillac of Lynnfield as usual did a great job with my SRX!!!! The older gentelman that greats you as you pull up is so nice he is very welcoming and makes sure you leave with water and the place inside is always clean and nice and Mike and Paul are very knowledgable and are always ontop of what's going on with your car/truck/suv

INCREDIBLE
Just leased a new ATS. I have to tell you these guys had me in a brand new ATS in less than 24 hrs. UNBELIEVABLE. This is my 2nd lease with them, so the process was easier for me. Sam Cusenza the salesman, made me feel as if I was talking with a lifelong friend. He really worked with me in making my decision. When I selected my vehicle, Frank took over and after a little work, gave me an offer I couldnt refuse. He said he wanted to keep me in the Cadillac family, and proved it with the numbers he presented me. The next day I met with Lorne the financial wizard, and he had everything done like he promised. The transfer took less than 1 half hour. Ted took me out to my new ATS and got my phone paired, contacts updated, Onstar ready,and even highlighted my manuals with VIP info that I may need. B4 I new it I was driving my new ATS home. These guys really work hard. They made me feel like royalty. They are by far the best dealership I have ever worked with. No pressure, No lies, and Sam even gave me a recipe for his moms italian family recipe. Very pleasant and super FAST experience.
