I ALWAYS ENJOY MY VISITS TO HERB CHAMBERS IN LYNNFIELD BECAUSE I'M TREATED LIKE AN ADULT AND USUALLY LEARN SOMETHING NEW ABOUT MY CAR! MIKE AND PAUL ARE TRUE PROFESSIONALS! AND YOU KNOW WHAT? Great Service and done in a timely manner.

The service was great, very courteous from everyone I came in contact with while I was waiting. Great atmosphere and comfortable seating. Probably the best dealership I have contacted over my many years.

Herb Chambers Cadillac

From the time I walked in to make an appointment until the job was done, I was treated very professionally and courteously. I loved the complimentary wash and vac, as well as the bottled water left in my cupholders. The waiting room felt like home, with TV, refreshments and newspapers. The staff in the service department treated me as if I was a celebrity. Definitely a "class act"!

Great service!

Always a pleasure! Service department is always on the mark. I leave after a service appointment, and always share the experience. It is difficult to provide such a high level of service...consistently. I will go out of my way to buy/lease from Herb Chambers in the future, hoping they have the vehicle I want, just as a result of their phenonomal service department. I'm guessing that's their goal....mission accomplished!
