Service Dept Second to NONE
I recently paid a visit to Herb Chambers Cadillac of Lynnfield for recall with my SRX. "My Service adviser" Michael Anagos as always is a perfect gentleman, and a true professional who cares about his customers and is not just punching a time card. I find that with everybody from the service dept. Will always will come to Herb Chambers for service. Warranty work or not. A total different experience from the last GM dealer I used for my former vehicle.

Fantastic dealership!
I had a great experience at the Herb Chambers Cadillac dealership in Lynnfield. My salesman, Dickie Dooling, was a great help. He made the whole process go very smoothly. The business manager Stephanie Killian was fantastic as well. I would definitely go back to purchase another vehicle when the time comes.

GREAT EXPERIENCE
After researching the 2014 CTS and XTS models on-line, I visited Herb Chambers of Lynnfield on 9/21 to sit inside & test drive each before making a decision on a purchase. I was pleasantly surprised at the service and information I received from Stephen Chiavelli. I felt comfortable and at ease with him as my salesperson, instead of pressure I've felt at other dealerships in the past. All my questions were answered and features were patiently demonstrated. Also the pricing and negotiation with Sales Mgr. Frank Gambone made me certain that I chose the best vehicle and the best deal that suited my needs. I am so happy with the great service I received -- as well as with my purchase of the '14 XTS!
