Fantastic experience

My experience with Herb Chambers Cadillac in Lynnfield, MA was outstanding. This is my first time at this dealer, but my 4th Cadillac and my 3rd Cadillac Escalade ESV. From sales to service to the professional receptionist. I was treated and respected. I would recommend this dealer and the name of Herb Chambers to everyone. I hope you all get the experience. They do stand behind everything they say.This is a great end to 2015.I will look forward to my next Cadillac Escalade ESV from Herb Chambers Cadillac.

Great Service!

I made an appointment, went to appointment. was treated very professionally by the gentleman is the Service Area. He said there was a recall for some minor problem and this would add on another hour of the service appointment, I asked for a loaner car and he, Michael, was very helpful in quickly organizing a loaner car for me. This made the entire experience easier. I happily took the loaner went home , returned the next day , picked up my car, all questions I had were answered, the car drove well and it was looking fresh and clean, having been just washed. Michael said the recall went fine, all was taken care of and I left. Great service, caring and professional staff, what else can one ask for? Thank You.

5 star service all around

My appointment was on a Saturday which is usually busy. Michael was prompt, professional and very attentive. I work in the customer service industry, and service like Michael provided should not go un-noticed. Thank you Michael.
